Patient care navigator Katie has zero follow through. I had to file a claim just to get her to call me back and that took 5+ days. Emails go unanswered, voicemails go unreturned. My appointment was canceled due to the Midwife not working that day and it took 2+ weeks to be able to come in following the cancellation. Office staff doesn’t return voicemails(2) or call back when it’s my turn in queue. I’ve been put on hold for 35+ minutes and then disconnected. It’s a huge problem when only the care navigator can schedule the first appointment and no other representative for Diana Health can.None of my labs/forms/paperwork was available to be found for my appointment and the doctor had to leave the exam room more than twice to go find the patient care navigator. I am signed up to not receive text messages from Diana Health, and have been receiving them. I submitted new patient paperwork three times and keep getting emails about it/Office staff says I haven’t done it but Katie confirmed I have. I understand you have a new computer system.Midwife Woo has terrible bedside manner. Her first words to me were “ what’s going on with you? I might be sending you to the hospital” How about an introduction and a handshake first? Nothing about my first appointment or anything leading up to it was handled professionally and politely. I then was blamed for waiting too long to come in and had to explain that I had two prior appointments that were canceled on your end. Instead of being quiet and listening to my baby’s heartbeat, she talked at me the whole time about referring me out to a MFM. Nothing about this appointment was warm and caring. I am having to defend myself and grin/bear it.

I came in for concerns about my breast leaking and I’ve had 3 aunts with breast cancer. Also wanted my testosterone level checked. First of all, I feel like I was rushed through because of double booking. There were so many people in the waiting room. Even the nurse said we had to hurry because we were already pretty far into my appointment. I don’t feel like a normal amount of questions were asked for this type of appointment. Even my rheumatologist had asked me if I’ve had any recent weight gain, if I can tell if I’ve been ovulating regularly, etc. None of that was asked. Maybe it wasn’t relevant? But I have had recent weight gain and other issues and I didn’t even get a chance to say any of that because everything was so rushed. Everything except for lab work. Got back there where there were 2 other women waiting. Waited 20 minutes and no one had called even the other two women so I walked out. I was going to let the front know but by that point there were about 7 people waiting in line because of the before mentioned double booking. I have been so concerned about this issue and I’m still concerned and got no warmth from this office. Just felt like I was herded through and no time was spent with me. Now I have to start from square one someplace else.

The ai chat robot kept breaking up when it was speaking making it impossible to hear what the options were. It wasn’t understanding me either. I couldn’t get through to someone so I just ended up using the app to speak to the admin team at my local office

My experience at Diana Health was good. Staff is friendly. What l didn't like is that on of the staff was asking too personal questions which l didn't appreciate.

The staff and the office manager were kind and we had a pleasant experience with them. Dr Rubeo was the issue. He was anything but compassionate as I was experiencing a miscarriage. He was rude, belittling and arrogant. He treated us as if we idiots and even went so far to imply that we might be trying to abort our baby so he needed secondary proof the pregnancy was nonviable. He mentioned he didn’t want to lose his medical license. When asked if we would see him the same day after a repeat sonogram, he said he would unless he died in the meantime. Quite an unbelievable thing to say to someone who is in the middle of experiencing loss of their unborn baby. We finally were able to gain management of the miscarriage through medication and he asked if I wanted to “take it in the mouth or shove it up the vagina”. What kind of professional doctor uses that verbiage? Absolutely disgusting behavior from Dr. Rubeo.

The AI scheduling system (acting like a live person with noise in the background) is useless. All three times I’ve used it I have either been hung up on or had to reschedule due to an error on the system’s part. Please just go back to using real people.

I went first for a 10am appointment I was not seen as I waited an hour and 15 mins and had to leave to go to work. I couldn’t tell reception as the line was too big. I had to call and cancel. I rescheduled for a first thing appointment next week which they did not provide and I wait another 35 minutes to see someone on top of the 15 minutes they ask you to be there early. The waiting room was packed both times with lots of people and children. It was very busy. Staff couldn’t tell me why they were running an hour behind. Even when I was half an hour late they didn’t know why. Organization maybe a problem with the amount of people the center in takes. I would never not go for a first thing appointment or I feel like I’d never get seen. Provider apologized profusely once I was in her service but had no idea I had been rescheduled and waited so long before.
