Chandra is an absolute heaven sent, from the Lord Himself. Through all my struggles and bloodwork she’s always been there to support and walk me through, extremely thankful to have her.

The clinic was too badI arrived at the time and I did check in before, after 20minutes I with my son went to the restroom,they call us ,my freind told them they will come cause they went to the restroom after 5minutes we came, but they told us your appointment was expired cause when we called you ,you was went in restroom, I just spent my time and waste it, II arrivey and checkin At the time, Actually I don’t forgive them,cause I left my job just for arrived to my appointment

I enjoyed my visit with the doctor and the staff very much. The doctor addressed my questions and concerns and made me feel extremely comfortable. However, I did not like the attitude of the lady taking blood. The doctor apologized for running late as well as the staff, which was no problem to me. However, myself and the doctor were concerned with my health so she sent me for blood test testing, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes with no line before the lady pulled me back which initially was fine because the doctor had already told me they were a little behind. I was told by the checkout that I could just ask how much the blood testing would be and the lady would tell me before testing. I was also told by the doctor if the blood test was too much that the lady would flag her down to change the order. However, this wasn’t the case when I asked the blood testing lady to tell me how much it was. She huffed and puffed, and stated I didn’t need it… The doctor only wanted to order it because they wanted money. She proceeded to tell me how much it would be and I told her I would like only two out of the six test ran due to insurance coverage. She proceeded to say OK and stare at me. I wasn’t sure what to really say back to her so I told her that I was advised to tell her if I wanted only a few test instead of all of them that she would flag the doctor down and she said that I needed to go find the doctor myself that she had other patients even though she had me sitting for 20 minutes with no line or patients in front of me. I proceeded to tell her I no longer wanted to the test cause at this point. It was too much and I do not feel comfortable with her or going through a doctor’s office to find the doctor to change my request and all she said OK bye. I don’t feel like my health was put first as soon as I spoke to her.

I have never felt more welcome in my life with a doctors office. The staff was so nice and informative, the nurses made me feel hard and validated, the practitioner made sure all my concerns and issues were addressed with a schedule and plan on what we need to do. I highly recommend every women come to this office. This truly care about you and make you feel better. Great office, great staff, and great atmosphere

App does NOT work well and cant log in, request new password, no email sent. Left message to get prescription because we are missing so much school and no response back. (Called 2 times) this happened once before when requesting a doctor's note that we never recieved.

The nurse practitioner did not really listen to my concerns, repeated questions I already answered and gave me questionable if not dangerous remedies for my health concerns.

I felt as though I was not being listened to. I was put in three different waiting rooms before I saw the doctor and the nurse did not ask me a single question the entire time. It then made the doctor unprepared when she entered the room. The nurse also said in front of me and two other patients that she could barely see the line on my pregnancy test and needed another set of eyes to tell if it was even positive. When the doctor was finally able to see me, she barely addressed the concerns that I might have had a possible miscarriage. She just asked if I even wanted to be pregnant before ordering more tests. She did not act like she cared to address my concern of me having a possible miscarriage. I felt as though I was being rushed out of the room so that they could move onto the next patient.

The NP that specifically worked with me didn’t provide adequate answers or comfort to the questions my husband and I had about a potential miscarriage. At the end of our time, she told us congratulations, which if you read the room, my husband and I were not in a celebratory mood.
