I wanted to see a doctor- they sent me a practice nurse.. which is she will tell the doctor about my situation and they will decide what is next for me,, she asked me to visit next week which is i am not going- they could said that to me on phone instead of asking me to come not even a small check up

Everything is on time .the whole place is very clean and all staff are very friendly welcoming .

The doctor I saw that day was not my usual one as this was a last minute appointment. Not only did he seem bothered to be talking to me, but had little to no interest in why I was there. I’m sorry, but “I can’t tell your baby to move” is not something a doctor should say to a patient, the nurse was lovely. But I would have preferred to simply not waste my time going up there if I knew I’d feel like an idiot after being seen. Regardless of the reason, it’s rude to make a patient feel that way and if I need to go back outside my usual appointments, I’d never want to have him as my doctor with again.

Very unorganized with appointments at times along with the rotating door with different providers that tend to not stay at the clinic long.

Everyone at this practice that I have conversed with is warm and welcoming. From the reception desk, to the message team and the physicians. I have had the pleasure of having Rebekah and Mya as doctors. This is THE best doctors office I have ever been to. They are genuine, professional and just beyond caring. I had some test run and as soon as my results were ready, I had multiple text messages explaining what I can do to further my health and my baby’s health. Instead of having to wait until my next appointment, I was able to get a recommendation of a vitamin and I just feel so well cared for I can’t say enough wonderful things about this practice. I am telling everyone I know this is hands-down the best place to go I absolutely love my doctors in this office. Thank you ladies for your commitment to these new babies that were welcoming into the world.
