Some really great midwives that understand informed consent while respecting boundaries. Front office can be a little disorganized. Waited an hour past my appointment time because front desk made mistake on scheduling.

The wait time alone. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 am and I did arrive at 9:50 however the assured me that was fine. Had trouble finding the office once I got in the building. I wasn’t pulled back until 10:45ish and then waited another 20-25 mins before I saw the doctor. The Dr was with me 7 mins 10 tops scheduled labs, sono and talked about possible bx and then I waited another 30 mins or more for labs. I almost missed my 2 Dr appointment that was scheduled for 12:45. I left the building at 12:02 pm after arriving at 9:50 am

I really like the staff there. But I really do not like the phone system and that there was no way for me to simply call the office back to set up an appt.

Had to wait almost an hour past my scheduled time to be seen, but my provider was backed up with unexpected patient work so I understood. No big deal. Front desk staff were sweet and informative. Medical intake staff was kind and upbeat. My provider was wonderful and I’m looking forward to being in her care. First time in a very long time I’ve felt listened to and actually given educated and well thought out advice.

Unfortunately, every time I have come in for an appointment I have waited from 20 minutes to an hour every time to be called back. I think it’s hard to want to come back if I have an appointment time, but I have to wait forever to be seen. I understand waiting maybe 10 to 15 minutes but longer is pretty much pointless if you have an appointment time at a certain time. Other than that everything was pretty good.

Very poor communication across the board. Every time I come in there is a confusion about something because someone forgot to communicate. I was also rushed last time I was in office and practically running down the hallway because the nurse had zero patience.

I checked in and was told to sit down. I waited 30 minutes and I asked if I would be seen soon and she checked and told me that my provider is not there that day. She said she left me a message the day before, but I guess I missed the message. But why didn’t she tell me when I checked in???? I kept getting texts all day about my upcoming appointment that day too.

The sonographer simply has a rude attitude and demeanor. Everyone else is nice
