Nearly all the staff was great! The ladies at the front desk were phenomenal as well as the person who did the ultrasound.However, I do have some major concerns and frustrations when it comes to the provider, Dr Rubeo. I originally asked for a female provider and was scheduled with one. When I went to confirm my appointment the day before, I noticed that changed and I was with a male. I called the clinic to ask about the first visit and make sure it was noninvasive. I explained that I only wanted a female provider and requested that due to prior sexual assault. I was reassured there would be nothing invasive during the first visit. So, I agreed as a female was not available.When I arrived to the clinic, I again made sure there was nothing invasive and was reassured that it was all just questions and answers. That is not what happened. Dr rubeo was adamant that I needed a pelvic exam and Pap smear. He even said it was required by law. I asked if a female would do it and he gave me attitude and said I should’ve asked for a female provider. I did. Multiple times. So, I declined the exams. In addition to that, his bed side manner was poor and couldn’t seem to give a crap about me, my husband, and our baby. He seemed to have already made conclusions about me based on my weight without actually getting a clear picture of my overall health.Everyone else was great and I’ll be coming back, but I refuse to be seen by him again.

Rescheduled appointment without a valid reason. It caused inconvenience. Dont have time to call and be on hold to get a month long appointment and then someone will call and cancel that and ask to reschedule because this specific dr doesn’t take this kind of appointment, then why did u schedule in the first place. No sympathy for people who work 8-5 and take out a slot very difficult.

Being able to do it a laptop would be easier, I was only able to do it on my phone.

The call was only needed because I was unable to pay through the website directly or by using the QR code on the paper bill. The Diana app is not great.

Ultrasound and lab were fine. lab actually was very good and made me comfortable. however the appt with the doctor STARTED 45 minutes Late. and i was very unhappy and unimpressed with the care. no eye contact with the patient and just not satisfied

My experience with the front desk and midwife was amazing! I didn’t enjoy my time with the OB, Dr Waite I believe was her name. It felt like she didn’t understand what I was asking when I had questions. She took a very long time to find my cervix (which could just be my body haha) and it seemed like she just wasn’t personable. She also didn’t write anything down on my exit paper and the front desk had a hard time figuring out what we did for that appointment that day. I’ve requested not to be seen by her again. Seriously loved the midwife and I’m excited to meet the surgeon as well!
