I really like the staff there. But I really do not like the phone system and that there was no way for me to simply call the office back to set up an appt.

Had to wait almost an hour past my scheduled time to be seen, but my provider was backed up with unexpected patient work so I understood. No big deal. Front desk staff were sweet and informative. Medical intake staff was kind and upbeat. My provider was wonderful and I’m looking forward to being in her care. First time in a very long time I’ve felt listened to and actually given educated and well thought out advice.

Unfortunately, every time I have come in for an appointment I have waited from 20 minutes to an hour every time to be called back. I think it’s hard to want to come back if I have an appointment time, but I have to wait forever to be seen. I understand waiting maybe 10 to 15 minutes but longer is pretty much pointless if you have an appointment time at a certain time. Other than that everything was pretty good.

Very poor communication across the board. Every time I come in there is a confusion about something because someone forgot to communicate. I was also rushed last time I was in office and practically running down the hallway because the nurse had zero patience.

I checked in and was told to sit down. I waited 30 minutes and I asked if I would be seen soon and she checked and told me that my provider is not there that day. She said she left me a message the day before, but I guess I missed the message. But why didn’t she tell me when I checked in???? I kept getting texts all day about my upcoming appointment that day too.

The sonographer simply has a rude attitude and demeanor. Everyone else is nice

I felt very welcomed in this facility! Super happy this place was recommended to me.

Nicole was cold and abrasive on our call. I know she doesn’t know me, but my pregnancies/births have been pretty traumatic, and the way she handled telling me the risks of a vba2c and how unlikely it is that I’d even be able to try made me feel scolded for even suggesting it. She lacked any consideration for how I may be feeling about all of this, and it mostly felt like she was trying to scare me into just having another c-section. As I asked questions about the care I would receive it also seemed from her answers that I would have little to no say in my care, and the lead OB would be the one calling the shots; which I do not like the idea of. I came to Diana to be able to see midwives in a hospital setting because I’ve had high risk pregnancies, but would still like to try a vba2c. She made it sound like I would only get to see the midwives if the lead OB decided I could try for a vba2c, another thing I don’t like the sound of. Overall it was a really bad experience, and, candidly, I cried a lot of tears after our call because I felt treated so poorly. I will not be continuing care with Diana, I’ve already called to let them know.

Camille was my midwife this time. Love her. :) she was very interested in my life and the baby. Asked lots of questions, answered any questions I had, and I did not feel rushed. :) thanks Camille! ❤️ ( let her know about my review) :)

I don’t feel like I was listened to. Had ultrasound done at the office. Imaging was never sent off for a radiologist to read. The doctor based everything off of what the sonographer thinks. Was told to just go to another doctor
