I’ve noticed the waiting time is longer every time I come for a visit. I didn’t feel well prepared for glucose test as I felt really sick immediately after and no rooms were available to try and be comfortable.

I had an appointment at 9:00am and arrived at 8:40am (20 mins early) for my appointment. The check in process took almost 20 mins and then I waited in the Lobby for another hour to be seen. Once I got to a room I waited longer. I also needed labs which took another 30 mins of waiting. My appointment took 2 1/2 hours in total, which in my opinion is way too long for a well woman check up. Other than a long wait time, I had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and the office was clean with a very pleasant environment.

I can say since our first visit a few months ago, our experience has gotten better each time! It was a little bit of a rocky start but I feel that it is getting better each time!

I really appreciated the effort made to get to know me while I was there. It seemed like I was a person instead of just another patient to rush through care for.
