I typed 0 finally and got a person. When I asked how to bypass the robo person I was told I could not. Once I got a person the call went quickly.

Pretty sure the doctor or NP was profiling me as a drug addict based on my tattooos because she made mention of me doing drugs if I was under medicated on my psych meds. Very inappropriate.

Not a fan of AI instead of a live person to take calls and answer questions

This company needs to get back to real people with customer service. The automated system doesn’t answer questions, nor can it look up answers. The system isn’t set up to schedule appointments past 3weeks of the current date. Not user patient friendly at all. I’d prefer to speak to a real person, not an automated system.

Dr. Michael Smith is so kind and helpful and the whole team does such a great job keeping the process running and making sure I'm seen in a timely manner. I appreciate the willingness of this practice to take me when Sweetwater Hospital closed its labor and delivery, even though I'm further along in my pregnancy. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone I've met. Thank you guys!

The bot is ineffective and could not understand the statements I said. I thankfully was able to use the app to contact my nurse to schedule.

Why does a patient have to call 3 times over 5 weeks, is promised every call that someone will reach out to schedule the appointment, and after NEVER receiving a call back, is finally able to schedule an appointment with A.I. on yhe

The quality of medical care I receive varies greatly depending on which provider is available that day. I developed preeclampsia at 37 weeks and had to be induced: I was given little information about my condition. I was never given the option for a magnesium drip treatment, which I would've opted for to get my severely high blood pressure under control. I was sent to the hospital from a follow up appointment where I was told to double my medication. When I called for a refill of that medication, I was told I shouldn't be taking that much and have to be seen in office again yet they adjusted my medicines via phone call without me being seen in office. I felt like I have been getting rookie level care, which I honestly wouldn't mind if I didn't have a high risk pregnancy and post pregnancy condition. The midwives and the way they each practice are all over the place, very inconsistent. I don't know why doctors are not available to patients in high risk situations. Dr Rowland is great, high recommendations for him was the reason I chose this practice, but he is largely unavailable and that's really disappointing.
