I've been receiving good service, the only thing I don't like was when they sent the gender to me, when I said I don't wanted to know the gender. I would like to do a revelation. And yesterday in my ultrasound my husband was very disappointed because he like to ask questions during the process but the doctor was very quiet 🤫 and when he asked a question she wasn't very nice.

Since changing to Diana Health it hasn't been easy to get appointments with my provider. Not being able to speak to a person in timely manner makes it frustrating

My provider Bethany was so sweet , amazing & very knowledgeable . Also Tavi in the back who took my blood was amazing & very nice as well . Loved it

My appointment time was for 3:15 I didn’t leave the office until 4:52PM. As far as the wait I feel like it really needs to be worked on. There was a younger brown curly headed girl working the front desk. A mother with her child went to check out. The child had went #2 and the worker made it a big point right when she walked out the door to spray febreze and laugh about it. Totally uncalled for. I get spraying maybe but laughing about it while the Lobby is full of people is very unprofessional
