Loved the care and respect provider's gave me when it came to my care and decisions during pregnancy.When it came to giving birth, none of my wishes were respected. And I was fear mongerd. My wish was to try a vbac. I was told by my ob that petocin was not recommended because it weakens the scar tissue. My water broke and was told to go into the hospital to make sure it was broken. I go in only to be told that it is broken and I would be at risk if infections which I understand. They pushed for progressing my labor with petocin not knowing or wanting to check even after I asked. Arguing that i would put my life and baby's life at risk of i left. I came to find out 8 HOURS later I was not even 1cm dilated. The same midwife ordered for me to get antibiotics when she didnt even know if i had any infections! Long story short, I ended up getting a c section. After the c section no one confirmed with me if they delayed cord clamping. I believe if they had done a cervical check from the get go, I possibly could have had a natural birth.

Back at my very first prenatal visit we were not happy. Felt as we were being rushed through our appointment. But that was taken care of. For my birth of my first child I don’t remember a thing about it. I had asked for a c section to the hospital manager and was declined three times. And the trauma we went through I never want that again.

There was a lack of communication since patients cannot call in directly to the office. I was unaware of what I was supposed to bring to the appointment. I.e. pellets for hormone replacement therapy. Therefore I did not the treatment that I was expecting at the visit.

Could never reach a person. Went around and around on the prompts. Never received a call back regarding my request to reschedule. The only response I got was on the app
