It would have been faster to have been speaking to an actual person and less confusing. The system never specified I was speaking to AI and the prompts weren’t exactly what I needed. I wasn’t able to ask questions regarding appointment or specify what appointment days would work for me. Sounded very impersonal.

Phone tree isn’t user friendly. If I didn’t already know and like the doctor I would have swapped to another practice. Phone tree very difficult. Took several times calling over multiple days to get anyone to help. Appointment was made further out than I would prefer. Seems to be too busy to handle me

Once I actually got a person everything went well and I was helped sufficiently. The automated phone process is terrible in trying to get what you need.
