It was very difficult to reach an actual person in the office to discuss my appointment needs. I did not like the new menu options and having to go through an AI assistant which led to me having to listen to the menu options over and over before it finally registered that I needed connected to the office. Once I got through, they were very helpful and pleasant. I have always called this office and spoken with a human within minutes and now that Diana has taken over, it seems impossible to get the support needed.

I was never able to speak to a person. The computer generated voice was demanding & of course, no way for a 2 way conversation. Very frustrating. Could not make an appointment.

The wait time was long. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the waiting room then at least another 30 minutes once in the room.

While I understand that AI makes call volume easier to manage, I had questions that I needed an actual person to answer.

Prenatal visits and postnatal have been very beneficial and I really like and trust the midwives that I have met so far. However the birthing experience from them was lack luster. When we chose Diana Health, we were told they would be hands on and with us. At the hospital we rarely saw a midwife until it was time to push. Luckily the nurses and staff at Parkridge East were amazing and made us feel comfortable. Nothing against the midwife that did our delivery, we were just under false information of their involvement and we did not feel supported by Diana Health during labor. We also never saw a midwife again while at the hospital before being discharged.

We just switched over to Diana at my halfway point in pregnancy and it has been such a great experience. Everyone is so kind and supportive and it’s been a night and day difference from our experience with our previous OB.

I felt rushed by the provider and was not scheduled with an appropriate provider. I requested a surgical consult and was scheduled with the NP instead of the doctor.

I really did not like having to interact with the AI Bot. It’s so impersonal. I understand the efficiency it gains from a staffing perspective but as an OBGYN, women put significant trust in the providers and the care. To be presented with an AI bot trying to sound like a person is just so impersonal and wasted a lot of my time before I finally got to a person. I also had received a call that my provider had moved to Diana health. Turns out that was a while ago and I had never before been notified. I usually have appts around April so I was starting to look for the appt. The person I ended up talking to was not able to look up my last appointment date and my provider, who I have seen for over a decade could not get me in for months. None of this is acceptable.
