I asked to speak to Brandy Perkins or to leave a message for her...I never spoke to a person only a machine!!I was calling to confirm an appointment for May!!

After my office never returned my email asking for an appointment, and the website would not allow me to set up an appointment I had to call. I was talking to an ai phone tree system. There was zero way for me to talk to a real person to help me schedule my appointment. I was also told I was not eligible for the annual exam that I was trying to schedule until next year. I have never had one with this office, or at all for years. But again there was zero way for me to talk to a real person. I will never schedule with Diana health again. If you don’t have enough respect to have a real receptionist (in any way) to talk to and schedule my appointment, then I know the office just doesn’t respect me as a patient. I’ll be going somewhere else.
