Noone answered the phone

Completely unnecessary to use AI. I went through the whole process of answering questions to be “transferred” for the call to not go through.

Everyone is pleasant and professional. I never have a long wait even though it’s a very busy practice. I like the app for communication and the location is convenient!

Prefer talking to a person that is able to understand and communicate with me.

I was happy to be able to get an appointment at the time I needed it.

It would have been faster to have been speaking to an actual person and less confusing. The system never specified I was speaking to AI and the prompts weren’t exactly what I needed. I wasn’t able to ask questions regarding appointment or specify what appointment days would work for me. Sounded very impersonal.

Phone tree isn’t user friendly. If I didn’t already know and like the doctor I would have swapped to another practice. Phone tree very difficult. Took several times calling over multiple days to get anyone to help. Appointment was made further out than I would prefer. Seems to be too busy to handle me

The new system is not working. Very upset to have waited only to be rescheduled.
