It’s too difficult to speak to a person! I need to speak to someone about a bill, but I can’t call an office location, I can’t get a reply on the app, and I’m being sent a bill from one location and being told on heydianahealth that I’m being sent to collections when their bill isn’t even correct. It’s awful and I hate that my office went corporate. I’ll be finding someone else for all my other health care needs

My fiancé and I both work full time. We schedule this appointment a month in advance. And had requested time off of work to make this work with our schedules. I received a call less than 48 hours before my appointment informing me there was an issue with the sonographer that they had rescheduled my appointment to that morning instead. I was irate that an appointment was rescheduled without my prior consent or approval. I called upset asking if there was anything available in the after explaining I had the afternoon off of work and could make the drive. And was told no, when I inquired about the hospital they transferred me to a nurse and the nurse was irritated as she knew I could not get in, in time and doesn’t understand why they suggested that. I had to call back for the 3 time and ultimately reschedule 3 weeks out because there’s nothing that worked worked with my schedule and theirs. I wasted 45 minutes in total on the phone trying to find a solution and was on hold for over 10 mins waiting on Julie. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of curtesy and professionalism. You had a staffing issue and made it my problem.

I’m quite sure I was not talking to an actual person, however AI has gotten so good I almost thought it could be. It was a little creepy—if it was a real person she was too precise and calculated. If it was a robot, it was uncannily human. I did have a question about what kind of appointment I should make, and the reply was “if you have any questions you can ask them at your annual exam visit”, so I didn’t feel that something I thought might be more urgent was adequately addressed (another reason it felt robotic).
