Stop using AI and just let us talk to a person! It is a waste of time and if this keeps happening I'm going to find another provider. My provider is great but this is ridiculous!

My original appointment was canceled. I have called back a couple of times to try and get an appointment with Dr Smith. Apparently can’t be done, and the AI only gives canned responses. I give up. Found another doctor. Ridiculous.

Waited for over an hour just to speak with the provider for 2 minutes. All she did was send me for labs and could’ve cared less about my care I feel

First I was a referral case. It took two weeks for them to call and set up an appointment. 2nd the receptionist who called had a heavy accent. I am hard of hearing, so I had to have her repeat several times. 3rd, my appointment was at 9 am. I was not called back until 9:20 am. Then I was placed in a room that had no reading material to read while I waited, which was over 25 minutes. No one ever came to tell me the NP was delayed or to check in to see if I was ok. Then when the NP came into the room, which was very large, she stayed by the door and I was on the opposite side of the room. It did not feel like a caring visit. And just before the NP came to the room I overheard her talking with someone outside that she was not aware I was a referral case. Sounded like she was confused. One more thing, when I filled out the required forms on-line it did not give me options for certain test that I have never had or received. For example a bone density test. I have never had one, but I couldn't go forward without putting a date. Some items need to have a 'No' attached to them.

I’ve been trying to get some hep with an insurance appeal and can’t get Lynette Lee to call me back. She told me in a message about a month ago that Katlyn McClendon is the only person who can help me. Katlyn is on maternity leave which is completely understandable, but there must be someone else in the office who is taking over for Katlyn while she is away. Ignoring current patients is rude and unprofessional. A phone call to discuss further would be greatly appreciated.

The automation sounded more human but that doesn’t make it human. I left a message, I did not have a “phone call”. My question was not answered. And I did not receive a return call. While the system is “easy to use” it doesn’t result in answers.

I typed 0 finally and got a person. When I asked how to bypass the robo person I was told I could not. Once I got a person the call went quickly.

Pretty sure the doctor or NP was profiling me as a drug addict based on my tattooos because she made mention of me doing drugs if I was under medicated on my psych meds. Very inappropriate.
