Scheduling around drs on call schedule needs to be better. My appointment was canceled and rescheduled 3 separate times.

I visited yesterday. When I made the appointment, I requested an ultrasound. When I arrived to my appointment, I said I was there for an ultrasound. When I was taken back, I was told I do need an ultrasound but there was no one there to do an ultrasound. I was never told I wouldn’t be getting one when booking or checking in. I then was told I owed $175 just for them to tell me I needed an ultrasound that couldn’t be done..

The front desk ladies are not very welcoming or inviting. No one says hello. Just very transactional. I went to a different NP this time and I will not go back to her. Not very welcoming or inviting. Not personable. I did not feel like she really wanted to hear anything I had to say. Again very transactional. Also, the amount of paperwork you require for completion before your appointment is insane and very noisy.

When joining through app link, volume is not loud enough on cellphones.

The meeting was good but I think I still prefer in person appointments
