Terrible medical treatment

The automated voice asking questions does nothing if you need actual assistance with a problem.

My nurse practitioner was amazing!!! But the wait time in the lobby was awful!

Ashley Brandes is the best part of my experience at Diana Health. She makes me feel heard and is eager to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. Beyond that, she is genuinely kind, a trait that is less common in high quantity practices. She is amazing and I am grateful she is at this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Gernt for 19 years. She has delivered my eight children and is planning to deliver my ninth in about 12 weeks. I have been treated well by all the staff I have met since it has become Diana Health as far as I can recall (though one provider I saw early on seemed a bit uptight and unfriendly), but Dr. Gernt is definitely my favorite. She is a gem and could never be replaced as far as I'm concerned. I've even had friends who used Diana Health for their maternal care who were very disappointed they did not get Dr. Gernt. I know I am blessed to have her for this pregnancy as well. I do feel heard and cared for, and I definitely think the facility has several new qualities it did not have before becoming Diana Health.

I think there needs to be additional for the lab because I feel like there’s often a line there. I go on Fridays and the lobby is pretty busy too

They were unable to see me after a medical emergency with my child where I had been in the hospital. They did not make time for me. Plus when breaking the news of my baby’s passing, the nurse practitioner was unprofessional and practically blamed me for not coming in sooner, when I tried to, and she canceled my appointment. The communication is terrible. When scheduling my post partum appointment I received a message from my “care navigator” asking how me and my little one were doing after my delivery. That was devastating to read.Overall I liked the staff that I interacted with. But I felt like they did not fully listen to my health concerns and just wanted to get me in and out of my appointment.I feel like the system is very impersonal.

I absolutely loved our first appointment! Having a real-time translator with us is simply wonderful so we don't miss anything that was discussed. We were treated so well from the front desk to the doctor. What a wonderful clinic. I am sure my pregnancy couldn't be in better hands. Thank you so much! 🙏

I felt listened to and cared about. She scheduled a follow up and referred me to additional services. I truly connected with Brooke and wish that she could just be my therapist!

Staff is always nice. Visits are always fast and easy. They make me feel very welcomed and comfortable.
