My visit with Tasha was fantastic. She was professional, caring, and patient. My issue is with the other staff I interacted with. I came in after going through the pre approval process only to find out that it actually was not completed. I was then informed I would have to cancel or cash pay. The front desk lady who told me this was extremely rude. Not only to me but every woman that walked in. Then my ultrasound tech was waiting on us to finish with the front desk and was rude the second we walked into the office. I began crying having been overwhelmed and frustrated so far and she began to hurry the process along. There were not bedside manners or kindness. My husband attempted to ask questions and she said “I have a lot I am looking for. We are not looking at the same things. I will tell you when I see something.” She was struggling to find something towards the end and was sighing and aggressively pressing the wand to my stomach. Not an ideal experience when I had already been emotionally and upset.

They said someone would follow up with me and no one ever has. This is the second time calling with no follow up and I have inquired three times on app and nothing.

Midwife Lisa perscribed a muscle relaxer that affects baby’s health and interacts with my current meds. I wish she would be more aware of my situation before perscribing things to me
