I've been worried about my health and finally decided that I deserve to take care of myself. I've been worried about fertility issues, hair loss issues, acne, and weight gain. I booked an appointment thinking that I could be taken care of.My provider showed up 7 minutes late, kept writing off my concerns, and quit the appointment after only being on call for 13 minutes. Majority of the time she kept asking why I was echoing and telling me to repeat myself. I also felt like she treated me like I was stupid even though I'm exhausted and work night shifts. I do not feel like my health is being honestly considered right now.

Erin was so much help in understanding my menopause issues. I am so glad she is so informed in this area. She is very pleasant and I really felt better by the end of my appointment.

I had a very wonderful productive visit with Erin. I felt seen and heard and validated. So many providers seem to dismiss things with menopause but Erin was absolutely wonderful.

Don’t change a thing. Erin was so caring, thoughtful, professional, and personable.

Felt like a free clinic in the ghetto. It was nasty, one counter had vials of blood next to Personal fast food cups next to a tower of urine cups. While in the restroom, I opened the door on the wall to leave the urine sample and it was filled with cups of other people’s urine. I had to wedge mine between them all.

It was so nice to have a health care visit and felt understood and excited to have a health plan to have a better quality of life.

I have received the best care ever at the Cookeville, TN Diana Health location. I'm in my 80's and receive the best care ever. Thank all of you for giving me the best care!
