Provider is amazing, but the wait in the room was too long. My appointment was at 8:00 am, I was taken to room by 8:10 but no one came in until 8:50, no updates or checking in or anything for 40 mins. I almost got up and left because of how long I was in the room with no update or status of visit

They were quick but I feel like we did not cover all of my concern much less address them

My only issue was that my provider’s residency student was talking about me with a nurse in the hall. She said I was “awkward”, and I overheard her laughing with the nurse. The procedure I came for ended up being more complicated than expected, so naturally I was pretty emotional. Heading a provider talk about you was not a stellar experience.

Well, first off the new scale pay is awful for someone that is a self-pay client. I paid more yesterday than I ever have and received less care than I ever have. I was not pleased with Tabitha James at all, she did not help me nor did she say 30 words I’m very disappointed she acted like she did not know what she was doing at all. Her nurse knew more and helped more than she did.

My second try at a visit was wonderful and seamless. Mitna was wonderful and helpful. However, my first try at the appointment, the day before, was a disaster. They had written down my wrong phone number so I couldn’t get my paperwork filled out. I called 20 minutes before my time to get it fixed. It took 20 for me to even access my paperwork. I got in 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Finally. I waited until 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have started and then the zoom link closed. I left work and came home for this appointment. The issues were not mine. The office was on the phone with me up until my appointment time. And then I was disconnected. I understood there is a schedule. But I kept my part of the schedule. I had to leave work again the next day to try again. Thankfully it went well and my provider was excellent.

I felt like she really cared what was going on with me and she was very professional and very caring. You don't see that much anymore. I really appreciate that.

I have three main complaints about my visit: The receptionist up front we're so overloaded with patients that it took a long time to check it. Way too busy for the space! I was kept waiting naked in a freezing cold room for 45 minutes before the provider came in. If they're going to run behind schedule, they shouldn't make you get undressed so quickly or should provide blankets and pillows for comfort. 45 minutes is a long time to be sitting there naked on an uncomfortable table! My mammogram order did not get called in. So the day I went for my mammogram, I needed to call the office. It was very difficult to get to a human being. I actually had to call three different times before I was put through to somebody who would answer and could actually help. Tthe first time I was directed to an answering machine which doesn't do any good when you're standing there waiting to talk to a human. Then I was transferred from a woman working from home and got cut off. When I called back a third time, I was passed from person to person to person and it really should not take 30 minutes to get a mammogram order that was supposed to be called in last week. This was a rough experience with your office this year!
