I wasn’t able to make an appointment with my doctor due to automated system

I had a visit with Dr Gernt 3/23 and she advised she wanted to see me back on 3/30 for an ultrasound and 40-week checkup. The front desk advised the practice manager would add an appointment to my portal. I called on Wednesday, got transferred around to 3 different associates, and they advised if I don’t hear back by Friday (one business day before my appointment is needed) to call back. It is now Friday 3/27 and my appointment is still not scheduled. Since I am at the very end of my pregnancy, this is very concerning and frustrating.

I felt very cared about during my visit! Ashley was very nice and I enjoyed the type of presence she brought in the room!

My NP Tabitha James was great, one of the sweetest health practitioners I’ve ever had take care of me. Would recommend her to anyone!

I've heard from other patients that the only way to secure an appointment with Dr. Gernt is to physically visit the office. This is definitely an imposition.
