The front desk staff has never been overly kind, friendly or helpful (which is frankly unacceptable for their position) However, the doctors and nurses at Diana are some of the most thoughtful, and helpful practitioners I’ve experienced. I would go anywhere just to have Dr. Cole as my OB.

Love the ability to have virtual visits for things like rx adjustments etc. It saves me so much time! I have loved all the providers here both in person and virtual. So helpful caring and take the time to listen! I never feel rushed and feel they have fully listened to me.

My appointment time was 2:45. I was not brought back into the ultrasound room until after 3:15.our ultrasound was done by 3:30. At which point when that was over I was put in a room waiting for a nurse midwife, who is not my usual provider. She did not come into the room to review the ultrasound results until after 4:00. A nurse did come in and get my blood pressure around 3:45-3:50 or so. When the nurse midwife finally did come into my room, she said everything looked good but she she recommended another ultrasound. When I asked what the reasoning for the additional ultrasound was for she could not adequately explain the need for the ultrasound and explain the function/ anatomy of what she was wanting to check at our next visit in two weeks. We left the appointment very anxious and unsure about what to expect with the next appointment and if there was anything to be concerned about with our baby.

Well, first off the new scale pay is awful for someone that is a self-pay client. I paid more yesterday than I ever have and received less care than I ever have. I was not pleased with Tabitha James at all, she did not help me nor did she say 30 words I’m very disappointed she acted like she did not know what she was doing at all. Her nurse knew more and helped more than she did.

Providers and nurses are great, however I am always there for a minimum of an hour, usually closer to two hours for an appointment that takes 5 minutes. I feel rushed and like I don’t have time to ask questions because providers are having to rush between patients. I am now suppose to be seen weekly and there are no appointments available for 2 weeks.
