I tried to explain that I always see Dr Gernt because I’ve got a previous cancer history and nobody will schedule me with her! They tell me no availability!

I came in for my yearly checkup and to discuss concerns. The nurse that came in immediately suggested pushing pills instead of getting to the bottom of my issue. I don't feel it's right to tell someone they need a certain drug without first doing a thorough examination.

When I finally spoke to someone(Alisha-?), I explained why I was calling and she was quick to say I chose the wrong option from the menu and I thought she was transferring me to whom I needed to speak to. However, she sent me back to the main menu. Very frustrating!

My birth experience is as great, however so far the postpartum appointment Ive had was not. I came in to be seen for postpartum depression and the provider I saw was very disappointing. Her demeanor, appearance and bedside manner were very unprofessional. I came in at a very low point needing help and this visit turned me off to the want for any help. Again, the

My original appointment ( last year)!was changed to a different doctor and I was not asked when would be the best time for me. I canceled the appointment and had to wait months for next appointment it was canceled by the office and rescheduled 2 months later. Poor scheduling!!!! Love Dr. Cole, he takes time to answer all my questions and educate me on tests studies on what is recommended as far as papSmears. If I wanted another doctor I would have let them know.

I had a visit with Dr Gernt 3/23 and she advised she wanted to see me back on 3/30 for an ultrasound and 40-week checkup. The front desk advised the practice manager would add an appointment to my portal. I called on Wednesday, got transferred around to 3 different associates, and they advised if I don’t hear back by Friday (one business day before my appointment is needed) to call back. It is now Friday 3/27 and my appointment is still not scheduled. Since I am at the very end of my pregnancy, this is very concerning and frustrating.
