The experience I had with the AI agent was absolutely miserable! I can’t believe that it wasn’t identified as an AI agent initially! The human was great and very understanding but it’s totally unacceptable. How the phone call started

I've heard from other patients that the only way to secure an appointment with Dr. Gernt is to physically visit the office. This is definitely an imposition.

When I called I think I got a hold of an AI person. They could not understand my name, and then preceded to tell me that I was not in the system (even though I was) and then hung up. I think a personal service of a human being answering the other end when I call goes a long way for me instead of an AI person who can not understand what I’m saying. I also never got a hold of a live human being being when I called all 3 times. I kept getting a continuous loop of the recording asking me to pick my parties extension. When I pressed the number I needed it would start the recording again. This was very frustrating. I love the care I receive when I am in the office at Diana Health, but I’m disappointed with the service I receive when I’m calling to set up an appointment. Due to the lack of service I received I called another OBGYN and immediately got a hold of a live person who set up an appointment for me very quickly and easily. So due to the poor phone service Diana Health lost my business.
