I feel as if the dr and front desk/labs do not communicate as well as they should as i have had a bad experience and know others have as well. Dr and nurses are great though!

The only reason Diana Health receives 2 stars is because the last lady I spoke with was helpful and was able to take my payment by phone.

Last fall (2025) I completed paperwork and said I needed an appointment with Dr. Gernt for 2026 but was told they couldn’t schedule an appointment that far out and I would need to call back this year. When I made the call in March to make an appointment with Dr. Gernt, I was told that she is no longer taking new patients and gave me an appointment with another doctor. I’m a bit displeased that I was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Gernt since I was recommended to her by someone and had already completed paperwork to be able to have her as my doctor.

The only reason I continue with Diana health is because Dr. Ghernt is an excellent doctor. The touchy feely required questions honestly make me want to throw up. I was especially upset with having to answer the question about whether I was male or female the first time I had to fill out the questionnaire. Hopefully you have removed that question now. The fact that I cannot set up my yearly exam at the time of my current exam is extremely frustrating. It therefore has made my yearly exam about 2-3 months late the past two years. As stated before, Dr. Ghernt is an excellent doctor.

I was trying to get an appointment or find out the date and time the 2026 calendar would open and be available to make my appointment for September. with my physician . I am 75 and I can only get my women’s annual health check every two years The system , and I say system because apparently I was talking to AI failed to understand my need and kept trying to give me dates for the next few months,.I had to keep repeating myself, and it kept changing the dates but only for appointments it said through July, but then it always kept changing the dates for those, but there was not the dates I needed anyway. The system did not work for me at all. I prefer the old system when it was OB/GYN and I’ve been pleased with Diana Help with the exception you cannot speak to a live person when you call in. unfortunately unlocked the past when you did get a automatic system to answer. It never gave you an option to leave a message to talk or have someone call you back. I will attempt to call back later closer. to the dates and time I’m allowed to come under Medicare. If it fails at that time, I will just go in into the office in person

Confirmed they take UHC insurance, but failed to mention they do NOT take their HMO plan.

I called to cancel and reschedule an appointment. I went through a recording with confusing buttons to press then got someone who I really think was AI, then got transferred to a person who finally was able to cancel it. Took too long so I didn’t even have time to reschedule.

Everyone is too rushed. Important details get overlooked or forgotten about in your pregnancy due to seeing someone different each time. Trying to speak to someone with a question is impossible and I will never be okay with speaking to someone that is AI and not even real. I do love all the providers and have no complaints about them but unfortunately I will seek care elsewhere with my next pregnancy.
