This visit was primarily working out the bugs on my computer so I could hear my counselor, and answering questions. However, I am looking forward to the next visit.

Although I had some difficulty booking the appointment online for reasons I’m not quite sure, the actual virtual visit connected well and went very smoothly.Erin was kind, courteous, listened well and thoughtfully answered each of my questions and or concerns.

I like the fact l could be home for the appt. Unfortunately, I am NOT Tech savvy and probably kept NP Erin waiting. For patients like me, it's better to actually come to the clinic (also gives me a reason to get out of the house).

Erin was an absolute delight! This is the first time in years that I’ve left an appointment feeling seen and cared for. I am overjoyed!

Erin was patient and kind. She not only listened, she heard what I was saying. She made me feel validated in my symptoms and was completely present throughout our appointment.
