I felt listened to and cared about how I was feeling

Difficulty with app, would not let me complete form and then kept sending reminders to complete form. I kept trying on each reminder but app did not work. Was able to complete on 3rd day of reminders. Just frustrating.

Too many texts and emails. I don’t think we should be required to complete our paperwork prior to coming. I don’t work in health care. I have a full time job teaching children. I waited over 90 minutes for my appointment to see the doctor. I think k my time is worth something….. Perhaps for every 15 minutes I wait, I should get a discount.

I hate all the text. You sent me 5 confirm text because i would not give you my credit card. It too much.

Julie seemed very professional, knowledgeable, and even wise.

I went to get an iud placed and was told I couldn’t have it done because I had had unprotected sex with my husband in the last 2 weeks even though I had a negative pregnancy test and was on my period. Staff were also unkind when explaining this and made me feel pretty stupid. As a patient you have to share a lot of confidential information and when healthcare staff treat patients with disrespect when sharing information it encourages patients to lie or conceal information.

I’d rather talk with a real person to schedule my appointment than an AI robot.

I don't prefer the AI/virtual appointment system. I would rather be able to call and make an appointment with a real, live person.

I am going somewhere else. I cannot get an appointment with my caretaker and working with a robot is ridiculous. What happens if I need a real person?? Too bad.

The new platform sucks. Theres so many bugs, I love my therapist she’s amazing but the zoom call stuff that was moved to sucks.
