I signed in 15 minutes prior to my appointment and waited for 45 minutes and decided to go back to check at the desk. I was told in a hateful manner to sign in. Ii told them I was early and had been waiting. They forgot to put my in the system.

I do not have a history of being late and this time I was 15 minutes late to my appointment due to work so that was my fault but the front desk woman was very condescending and rude. I was unable to get my ultrasound and then waited over an hour for my normal dr. visit. It was such a double standard that I was treated so rude and there was no flexibility when I was running late but then when the office was running behind my time was viewed as expendable.

By this not being an actual person I had to repeat myself several times. Questions were also asked that a human being would simply understand and not need to be prompted with additional clarification. Also the machine contradicted itself and I had to remind it of the available time slots it had given me to schedule the appointment.
