Although I had some difficulty booking the appointment online for reasons I’m not quite sure, the actual virtual visit connected well and went very smoothly. Erin was kind, courteous, listened well and thoughtfully answered each of my questions and or concerns.

I like the fact l could be home for the appt. Unfortunately, I am NOT Tech savvy and probably kept NP Erin waiting. For patients like me, it's better to actually come to the clinic (also gives me a reason to get out of the house).
