Never had a bad experience. Every provider I have seen has been educational, took their time with me, and I never left with questions.

It felt like a total money racquet. The doctor didn’t even have my test results or delivery notes. She didn’t know anything about the birth, about my blood loss or the D&C procedure I had done. Any questions I had I was told to ask at my 6 week follow up. It was a pointless visit and I feel that it was just done so that my insurance could be billed again. I would not do this visit again. Totally pointless.

The team was very patient and kind! It was such a pleasant experience!

First visit that I felt comfortable & fast. From the front desk with scheduling my next appointment, nurse checking my weight & the next one checking my blood pressure. My doctor was amazing & great. Unfortunate to say but other visits were not the best experience.

Not a huge, huge fan of the place, but absolutely love my dr. She is so great and so caring. Whenever I message or call in with concerns it feels like it’s just brushed off. I understand y’all have a ton of patients, but with it being my first pregnancy I’ll probably have a lot of questions and concerns. Overall, I love my dr, so I won’t change OBs. I just wish it didn’t feel like my concerns weren’t being completely brushed

I guess there is a provider shortage? This is the second appt I’ve been to that they have just changed the provider I was going to see because the “scheduling dept doesn’t know the providers schedule” and apparently the provider I was go see never works in the office on Fridays. Better Communication would be nice. The doctor I saw yesterday was however fantastic, Dr Addicott

Excellent clinical team and coordination. Ashley at the front desk is very polished, professional, and warm, and friendly making each check in and check out a great experience. My midwife, Ashli and her nurse, Rachel are on top of things! I feel well cared for and look forward to every visit. The lab is always a stress free quick and easy process and everyone in between has been kind and welcoming. Incredibly community!

The ultrasound tech was phenomenal. Very kind and very sweet. It’s so important to have such caring staff in such an important time in your life. Also, I see midwife Danielle Dailey. She is absolutely the sweetest, caring and so knowledgeable. This is mine and my husbands 1st baby, and having the greatest care is so important to us, and at Diana Health we have received this all the way from the receptionist up front.
