The appointment scheduling process was a nightmare. The woman on the phone was extremely unprofessional and opinionated during the insurance portion. Probably won’t schedule another telehealth because of this.

I love being able to see Julie through a virtual visit. Getting into the meeting is difficult sometimes.

Provider was amazing!! She was very thorough with my 16 year old daughter and made it to where my daughter could understand.

The lady I saw seemed to want to talk about everything except for what I wanted to have therapy for. I kept redirecting and she kept bringing up things that weren’t actually an issue for me. That being said I don’t want to continue to see her.

So far it was a great experience I am looking forward to going to the office just from the great experience I had doing a telehealth call
