Midwife Lisa perscribed a muscle relaxer that affects baby’s health and interacts with my current meds. I wish she would be more aware of my situation before perscribing things to me

I have been receiving care from Ashli for many years as my primary Women's Health provider. I have never felt as valued, cared for, and heard as I do with Ashli and her nurse, Rachel, whether in person, or through the patient portal. The only reason for 4 stars is that I drive 45 minutes from east of Crossville, past another Diana Health location to see Ashli, but she is worth it!

The interface is too hard to work with. Its not easy to get into my virtual appointments now. My face overlaps my therapist and she cant show me anything on her screen because my face is covering it and its too small.

I’ve had the worst experience here and would never recommend this place. I have to constantly follow up in the app to get any prescriptions actually filled out. Took over a month to get my breast pump prescription after multiple attempts and staff not sending it. I don’t like being pressured into doing virtual visits. It was almost 2.5 months between office visits, and I still wasn’t seen when I had bleeding in between those visits. This office sent me bills to pay after telling me insurance didn’t cover them, when in fact they were never submitted thru insurance. Now I’m having to argue back and forth to get a refund, which is ridiculous considering I should have never had to pay what I did in the first place. My insurance is helping me file a grievance. Staff is always rude and late, I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time yesterday. Also think it’s crazy that I’m 20 weeks pregnant and staff has never let me hear my baby’s heartbeat.
