Workers don’t seem to enjoy their job and it’s a very fast paced environment with no personality or happiness. I feel like these doctor’s offices especially should feel like a happy welcoming environment and they don’t. They also didn’t tell me I’d be having to switch doctors after my first two appointments, I was happy and getting to know my doctor all for her to not be there anymore.

I believe I was talking to AI. It sounded like a real person but it couldn’t answer my questions like a real person. It was robotic and difficult to get my questions answered so I just hung up.

Aspen and Tai asked me to go to Diana Health to leave a urine sample to check to see if my UTI infection was gone. No appt needed just leave a sample. I left the sample and went around to the lab and told an assistant I had left a sample for Aspen as per her request. She said I will let her know. Three days later I had not heard the results so I called your office only to be told my sample was lost!! Nobody even called to tell me this, I had to call you! I’m very disappointed! I survived uterus cancer and EVERY test I have is important to me and they should be to you too!

It was a horrible customer service experience and I was unable to get the information that I needed. Your AI person just keeps repeating the same phrase about future appointments when I was asking about past appointments or appointment history.
