The fake ringing phones in the background and fake office chatter was distracting. I was only given 2 dates for appointments and nothing in a month or so that could’ve been with the provider I was interested in. Dates were repeated, but no option was given for different dates.

I was trying to cancel an appointment and was not told that it was canceled until I had to call back another time. The first time I was on hold for too long. It’s ridiculous.

When I was called back to see the NP, the person called my name and never greeted me or said a word. Told me to step on the scale and then pointed me to the examining room and slammed the door after I walked into the room. She was so cold and rude. I have never been treated like that before and if it ever happens again I will never set foot in that place again

The virtual health visit was great. I was concerned that my issue would not be able to be addressed without testing but I feel satisfied with the outcome.

I understand The use of an automated call system, but in this case and this type of appointment I find It beneficial speaking to a real person. Felt very detached and not comforting.

Allow patients to book their next appointment when finishing their current appointment.
