Nichole Beach was very friendly and worked with me to find a resolution to my problem.

Absolutely impossible to get a real person on the phone, you’ll press the prompt you need and sit on hold for 20 mins just to be hung up on or have to talk to an AI robot that has the intelligence of a rock. Worst doctors office calling experience ever. Also if you miss a call from a nurse, you basically can’t get back through to them.

I got in quickly but it took about 30 minutes to be seen for just talking about contraception. I also scheduled it so I could go to work right after and I ended up being late.

Other than my most recent visit, I have been mostly satisfied. Other than never having a specific person to see me and the wait times, Diana has done well. This most recent visit though left me feeling belittled. The provider I seen this visit had never met me and didn’t even try to be friendly.

Video Call was not completed and too much time went by not knowing there were issues on office end. Unsure why it had to be a video call and not a regular phone call. Wont be scheduling another one as my daughter is disabled.

Always quick and very friendly staff! We have loved everyone we’ve seen at the Cookeville office!
