I can not talk to a real person to get a real appointment

Saw Dr. Cole for the first time yesterday and loved him. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I loved the format for the visit and felt that I had plenty of time to ask questions. Was convenient to not have to drive to town for a consultation.

Only having the option to talk to an AI representative is not helpful. I never even received a call back.

Not a fan of not being able to talk to a live person to schedule my appointment. It’s so impersonal and I had to repeat myself several times.

Tabitha James very unprofessional. Wouldn't listen to me. When I addressed my concerns about my medicine and wanted more info about other medications wouldn't give me more info on the other medications. As a patient I have rights. I am also a nurse and I know patient rights. Wouldn't recommend her not one bit to anyone. Disrespectful. Every doctor or NP should listen to their patients. She made me feel stupid for being concerned for my baby and for my health.

I was getting a referral because my symptoms have not gone away in 4 months and they did nothing just stated to start from basics.

I want to speak to a person

I tried to explain that I always see Dr Gernt because I’ve got a previous cancer history and nobody will schedule me with her! They tell me no availability!
