The having to wait to hear from someone within 3 days about scheduling appointments is kinda odd but other than that I think it’s great.

I was told there may be a charge for the cancellation but I didn't make the appointment.

I think the only thing I would like to see more is a visit summary. So I can remember what was discussed and advised. If it exists on the app, I don't think I've found it other than lab results.

Nurse Tiffany and Dr. Smith are always great. Friendly, personal, professional, and thorough.

I love this place and the staff, night and day from the first appointment I had elsewhere.

I sometimes feel my visits are a little rushed and I have yet to actually meet the doctor who is supposed to deliver my baby . Even though I think there are multiple people who deliver I am not really sure if I have met any of them yet . This is my first baby and I don’t really know a lot about what to expect.

Get rid of the AI and have an actual person. I've had multiple errors from the computer side to wrongly schedule appointments and not getting orders when I need them. I've had to physically go into the office multiple times to get things accomplished. Honestly because of all of the hassle and mishaps I've thought about changing doctors.

Event though the call/appointment set up was efficient and I was able to make an appointment, I did not like that the call was not an actual person. I would much rather speak to a real person. There was questions I needed and wanted to ask but I felt like I couldn't ask due to it not being a real person.

I am so excited about having found Diana Health. It has been AMAZING! I was seen virtually so quickly and then in office twice including once for labs. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was brought in and then the care team including the wonderful ladies at the front desk and in the lab were so wonderful to me! I am finally being listened to!! I’ve been through so much & lost the ability to have children causing early surgical menopause which turned my life upside down. But now.. I can send a quick message to my provider and she responds so quickly! If my provider is not available then another care team member messages me back and I know that if I have any concerns, they are just a call away! It has been AMAZING!!! I have recommended Diana Health to every woman that I know! As a nurse myself, these ladies make me feel so proud of the profession I have chosen and they make me feel like I am not invisible anymore and I won’t suffer alone and silently. I am so very thankful for this service!!! ❤️❤️❤️
