So thankful I transferred to Dr Smith! He, Jenny, and all of the other staff have been absolutely incredible!!!

Telephone system is very redundant. When I finally reached a live person they transferred me back to where I started. Still waiting for a response from my 3/27 note to team.

I cannot emphasize how high the quality of care I received at Diana Health was. I was listened to fully and was given plenty of time and opportunity to discuss my questions and concerns. Every part of the process was explained to me so I felt comfortable. The bedside manner was absolutely perfect and put me at ease. I've never been to a place that felt so focused on helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for, and I won't be going anywhere else for the services provided here if I don't have to.

We had a different ultrasound tech at this appointment and did not have the best experience. She was very rough and seemed to get frustrated when the baby kept moving.
