My nurse practitioner was great. Diana health as a whole is not. Doing anything if you are not standing in an office is incredibly difficult. There is zero reason it should be this complicated.

I saw J. Savage in Crossville.She is the BEST.Jan Segers drew blood. She is fantastic!The patient care with these two are too.The problem is Diana Health over booking these ladies causing a longer wait time.

Too many last minute cancels on your part, and waiting time for seeing a provider is too long.

I understand that doctor’s offices get behind. However, yesterday I waited for over an hour for my appointment.The staff was all wonderful that I interacted with.

I think it would be good if test results didn’t pop up in the app before being seen by the provider! I negative pregnancy results on my app and then say by myself for another 30-45 minutes just waiting for the NP to come in. I would rather have gotten that news from her than alone in the app!

I do not like the automated phone call. It took 30 minutes before a person answered the phone. I called 5 times until someone finally answered the phone.
