Everything was fine except doc forgot to call in my prescription

Unfortunately, it seems like the office is just a place to go if you need to be seen IN Crossville. But it no longer has that personal feel to it anymore. As a pregnant mom all you want is to make sure that they aren’t looking over your concerns. I can tell you there’s not a nurse or Dr there that can actually tell you who I am when I walk in the door. Or even tell me what we talked about last time and WHY we are back with questions. Left feeling more confused and unsure than when I walked in. Most people are nice except the front desk. It just seems like they can’t keep up with the patients.

Idk like to be able to call the actual office instead of automated systems

We had an ultrasound, and the tech/nurse was so nice and really went out of her way to give us a great experience. I also got to see Jenny at this visit and she is always so kind and answered all our questions!

Place was nice and all, but my concerns weren’t addressed at all. Had concern about having std, and they didn’t think I needed a Pap smear, or any testing. Mentioned my hormonal imbalance and having hair on my face as a woman, and didn’t address it or suggest anything. Why ask what’s going on if you don’t do anything about it? Waste of time, I’ve had much better care in the past. We go to the doctor to find out what we need to do.. but these days y’all want us to tell you what procedures we need? I’m not a doctor, that’s not my job. Y’all are supposed to go above and beyond. But you just want a paycheck and people to fill the time slots. Won’t be back :)

Everyone I’ve encountered here has been so nice, and has a way of making me feel at ease.All my questions are always answered and any concerns are listened to with ways to help.

I was taken back to a room quickly but had to wait over thirty minutes once in the room. Provider was incredibly nice. The wait once in the room was too long

I would definitely recommend the Crossville office, Dr. Smith and his team are great!
