I personally would much rather just go in person. Im not sure why but my anxiety waiting for the meeting to start was through the roof, and when I go in person I feel fine. After the meeting started it was perfectly fine amd went good just waiting before hand I did not like how I felt.

It would be a lot better if the staff would fully communicate to you about what they are talking about not just expecting you to know. They should be willing to educate their clients more about their visits.
