I went in for my postpartum depression and was never talked to about it. They moved my appointment time up which was fine, however I still had to wait until my original appointment time because she was running behind….

The ultrasound technicians are always so kind, and the nurses and midwife’s are always willing and ready to answer any questions or offer advice. Their app and patient portal give me peace of mind about test results and upcoming appointments.

The practitioner that saw me kept acting questions about past medical screenings. She asked me, “What have you been eating?”, in regards to my weight. I know I am overweight. I am concerned about bleeding in my early pregnancy and I don’t feel like my concerns were addressed very well. I did not get any reassuring education.

Everyone was very nice and helpful!

We are pregnant with our first and our PA Morgan Graham made us feel so at ease! Answered all of the questions we had.

I am happy they switched to Cookeville for hospital. Not being able to do a VBAC after two non emergency/health correlated c-secs and my youngest is 5yrs old was very disappointing. Having to be referred to UT when Knoxville is last place people want to drive. The hard NO was upsetting. I do wish a better determination of scaring or health screen was done.
