It was so easy. Charlene took the time to listen, addressed everything. She made me feel at ease and as if I had always known her. She was professional, yet down to earth and made tele-health feel easy-breezy!

There were multiple times I tried calling the office throughout my pregnancy and sat on hold for way too long, kept getting transferred one time and nobody would actually assist with what I needed. Had an issue with my Tricare referral at one point and the lady who handles the referrals wouldn’t listen to me and just try doing what Tricare was telling me needed to be done simply because “that’s not how she usually does it”. Towards the end of my pregnancy I saw Christine Johnson nurse practitioner and thought I was having hemorrhoids she took a look then told me it looked like I had an std prescribed some medicine and had me do some bloodwork to test for it and told me to go ahead and start the medicine before the results even came back saying I had anything or not. I DID NOT do that and didn’t end up having an std thankfully. Zero bedside manner from her and the way she went about telling me she thought I had an std was absolutely awful. Dr. Graham was absolutely amazing….cant say enough good things about her she was the one who did my c section she was great. every appointment with her made me feel better about delivering soon. Katy Nolan was absolutely amazing as well. Every ultrasound tech I met was also amazing just can’t remember their names. I had my six week appointment recently and one thing that would have been nice would have been if either of the people I had talked to the day prior could have told me the elevator to the office was broken or if a message would have been sent out to the patients on the schedule. I have a 20 month old and a newborn having to climb two flights of stairs with. Had I known I could have planned better.

The wait time was a little long. They had to wait for a room.

It made me uncomfortable that there was another girl in the room watching me get a breast exam and pap.

One big reason for the appointment was to investigate lack of desire, failure to lubricate despite stimulation, pain during sex and all of these changes over the last 6 months.First mentioned lack of desire. The doctor then said many women come in for that problem and for that you need to talk to your husband. She didn't follow up with any more questions to understand my concern or changes my body has had. My husband and I have looked at each other completely confused and are left with no solution or direction to go.I'm trying to solve the problem. I also asked if we could check my hormones. I was dismissed again. I was told for my age my hormones are fine.We want to have a baby, but if we can't comfortably have sex, that is a problem. Before these problems started happening, lubrication and sex was no problem. We even had to buy mattress protectors. Now they haven't been needed in months.Something is wrong, be it mental or physical, but I felt unattended to and I felt my concerns were brushed off with no follow up and no help.

I would recommend due to the fact that this office has the soonest availability of any OBGYN in the entire area. They had next week available which is great. The negatives I saw were things they could definitely improve. The first is the waiting room. I think the idea for the waiting room is for it to not feel like a traditional doctor office, and feel more calm and welcoming. It does do that, but is not very professional at the same time. There are ways to accomplish both. The front desk staff not having a confined private area is the main thing. There is no privacy. The waiting room is small and even though there were couches and chairs it wasn’t very comfortable. The visit was fine. One improvement they could make to the visits would be walking patients back to check out. It’s kinda a maze in there especially for a new patient. I had to ask what to do when I get dressed. Do I sit here and wait? Do I leave? That needs to be communicated. A nurse should walk the patient to check out. When I got to check out, all 3 girls were looking down at the computer. No one looked up at all. As soon as the door or elevator opens, they should be looking up greeting the patient. I stood there for maybe 30 seconds before one of them finally addressed me. The patient should be addressed as soon as the door opens, and if they are busy say Hi i will be with you in just one second. There is a lack of communication

I’m very disappointed by how the communication works and the lack thereof follow up. Something are in a timely manner and they just do not deliver.

Charlene was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say and I feel extremely confident in our treatment plan.
