I was never seen by my doctor. I waited an hour in a hot empty room and she never bothered to show up so I left. There were inappropriate drawings on the table when I came in so they clearly didn't clean the room before my appointment. The medical assistant got rude with me when I said I didn't want to wait anymore. A student doctor came in to talk about my history without the doctor present.

The visit was great it helped me understand my situation better because i was worried and after the virtual visit i was at ease.

I am a new patient. I was calling offices to find a new gyn. The phone call before this one was a real person. She was rushed dismissive and rude. Needless to say I did not make an appointment with that office. Your office had a AI concierge and she was helpful responsive and ultimately I had an appointment with you no problems. I was surprised and pleased.
