I do want to state that I am open minded but I know what I want and there are somethings I stand firm in because of my past experiences. In the past every time I made a decision the doctors would scare me into changing my decisions and it almost cost me and my child our lives. Moving forward I hope to have no push back once my mind has been made up. I’m hopeful this will be a better experience.

Charlene Bunger was absolutely amazing. This appointment was for my 16 year old daughter. This was her first experience with a GYN appointment. Charlene asked questions to have a better understanding of what kind of birth control my daughter wanted. She explained in perfect detail each one and once my daughter chose, Charlene told her what to expect before, during and after the appointment. I appreciate how kind and focused Charlene was during the whole appointment. Please let Charlene know she did amazing and as a mom I appreciate how she made my daughter comfortable and confident in her birth control choice.

I liked the way the office was in the original location that had parking for the patients. I have to walk pretty far each time I have an appointment. Because this office building has zero parking only a few handicap spaces. This makes zero sense to me to have a beautiful building and no parking lot. I had to also walk in the street on mar Walt dr to get to the office because I parked by the hospital. Not safe

The doctor told me what he wanted me to do and the front desk said something different when making my follow-up appointment and ultrasound appointment. Always getting different answers depending who you talk to within the company.

I just feel belittled and feel i’m just making these symptoms up and feel defeated and giving up on any answers at this point because I feel I wasted my time and everyone else today in regards to my appointment & Dr.Hennessey I think very highly of he was who delivered my daughter almost 6 years ago and drove over an hour bc I don’t live in fwb anymore but he is who I trusted after everything I went thru during my pregnancy and delivery but after today I don’t know how i’m supposed to feel

The provider I saw Charlene Bunger was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, provided much information about perimenopause and answered all of my questions.

I have come previously and I really enjoyed my experience. I needed my IUD replaced and scheduled with Diana Health. The receptionist was super pleasant and warm. I was taken back 10 minutes late. The woman who brought me back did not tell me her name or anything, she stayed glued on her laptop until the next woman came. The next woman would not stop asking me why or if I was sure about changing my IUD. I was uncomfortable, redressed myself, and rescheduled at the front desk because I did not feel safe to continue that day.

I get HRT pellets. Scheduling my next appointment shouldn’t be so difficult. Reception always tells me to call when it’s coming close to needing another appointment. Then when I do that, the schedule is already full for when I need to get in. Then it causes issues with timing and needing my next dose on time.

Me parece una falta de respeto que no hayan procesado mi muestra y tuve que volver a ir mis días son muy ocupados y necesito mi tratamiento por q presento mucha molestia vaginal eso lo hace para mí un pésimo servicio
