I tried calling to make appointment (HRT pellets) could not reach a person. Left a VM and I used the app to send message and never hear back.

I only had 2 choices for an appt with Dr Debrah (both early morning). Since I have trouble sleeping at night, it’s difficult for me to get up early, as well as my limited mobility, cause me anxiety. If I could have spoken to a scheduler who is familiar with my condition & history with Dr Debrah, I might have had more options.

Im waiting for the reply about the payment that I made last year..$750..I was told that you guys will investigate the payment and suppose to get back to me..I haven't heard from you.

Thank you everyone who reassured me that myself and my baby are doing great and always being there for me when I have any concerns. It really means a lot to me. Especially during hard times. I can’t thank your team enough & I wish all the moms could choose Diana health and be seen by Dr. Hennessey, we all know he is just the best! It should be called HENNESSEY HEALTH :)

Dr. Hennessey is phenomenal and he is a huge asset to Diana Health. He is straight to the point and honest. Helped me tremendously.Since changing to automated calling and not being able to talk to an actual human on the phone who is ACTUALLY in his office that part of customer service has diminished. The app is great for some things BUT not for prescriptions and trying to get info to his personal team in his physical office. When you are dealing with health automated calls are not the way to go.

The RN was hugely knowledgeable. I completely understood what she was saying, and she explained it to me very well. I would definitely love to see her again for my next visit.
