Charlene was amazing. She listened to everything I had to say and I feel extremely confident in our treatment plan.

I prefer in person appts but was not given an option when booking the appt.

There was no parking in front of the building and the directions via the gps was not sufficient. New patients need to be directed on where to go and also wheee to park.

The visit felt very rushed and while I felt the provider was kind, she didn’t ask questions or feel like she tried to get to know my situation

I need my invoice submitted to insurance.

I was never able to speak to an actual human and was not able to schedule an appt. I reached out on the website asking someone to call me and I have yet to receive a call

The office and everyone in it are exceptional 💯🥰

The staff and nurses here are always friendly and very kind. However, I don’t think that my situation and symptoms are being taken seriously. I have been going in this office and have talked to a lot of different nurses at this point and I still don’t have an answer as to what is going on with me.

I was allowed to talk at length and not cut off or patronized. Nothing felt rushed or pressured. Nobody tried to make me rush into expensive treatments or tests. I should’ve done it sooner! All doctors should be like this. I’m so thankful I could fit an appointment in quickly and not have to leave home. The virtual service is great!
