The provider I saw Charlene Bunger was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, provided much information about perimenopause and answered all of my questions.

I have come previously and I really enjoyed my experience. I needed my IUD replaced and scheduled with Diana Health. The receptionist was super pleasant and warm. I was taken back 10 minutes late. The woman who brought me back did not tell me her name or anything, she stayed glued on her laptop until the next woman came. The next woman would not stop asking me why or if I was sure about changing my IUD. I was uncomfortable, redressed myself, and rescheduled at the front desk because I did not feel safe to continue that day.

I get HRT pellets. Scheduling my next appointment shouldn’t be so difficult. Reception always tells me to call when it’s coming close to needing another appointment. Then when I do that, the schedule is already full for when I need to get in. Then it causes issues with timing and needing my next dose on time.

Frustrated I had to come in for less than 5 mins to answer a few questions then set up an appt. Maybe that’s just the way healthcare is and no control over that but seemed like that could have been done in paperwork. Waste of $25 to ask the same questions again.

I am incredibly unhappy with my experience at Diana Health and under no circumstances will I be returning or filling my prescription. I felt as though the individuals treating me were rushing because there were so many other patients scheduled to come in, they did not listen to anything I said and prescribed me a medication without ensuring I even knew the name of it. They did not ask if I had any questions and when I began to ask them, they seems exasperated that I was taking more of their time. Additionally when asking about the medication they had just prescribed me, I was told to read the information pamphlet AFTER filling it to answer any of my questions about the medication. They did not listen fully to my background and history and prescribed me a drug that is not going to treat what I want it to be treating and decided to give me this medication within about 30 seconds of speaking to me and without listening to my concerns or why I wanted to change medications. Additionally, I had told them I wanted to talk about other options and was never even given the chance to do so. When scheduling my appointment I specifically requested one of the doctors on the staff (for specific reasons related to my medical history) and was not notified I would be seeing a different doctor until that person entered the room and made it incredibly difficult to seem like I could have asked for the doctor I requested.

If you’re planning on becoming pregnant, Diana Health is a wonderful place to receive support every step of the way. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming, and Dr. H is truly a gem. That said, my recent experiences have involved miscommunication and interactions that left me feeling dismissed for advocating for myself regarding endometriosis. I would appreciate if certain staff, such as Nurse Bridgette, demonstrated more empathy and attentiveness toward patients with complex needs. I currently drive an hour to this office and initially felt it was worth it, but I have decided to seek a provider closer to home who can provide more personalized care for my situation. Despite expressing multiple times—through messages and calls—that I needed a consultation about a hysterectomy (as recommended by a PA), my appointment was incorrectly scheduled as a general discussion about endometriosis, following confusion around whether it would be virtual or in-office. While there are many positives at Diana Health, I feel it’s best for me to move on and find a provider better suited to my specific care needs.

All my concerns were addressed and was informed that there is only so much a virtual call could determine. Will be called for appointment

You were amazing. I have already told three friends to start going to you. Your follow up was so quick and thorough. Your app is so easy to use. Christina Stevenson helped me more and communicated better in that intake interview than my former GYN did in all the time I met with him. (And I like my former GYN, he was funny and an amazing surgeon.)
