Your app is terrible. I can’t call the office. Some messages never get answered. I was told on 8 April that my 13 May preop appointment was canceled due to Dr Hennessey being out. It was rescheduled for 3 June which was after my surgery on 19 may. I’ve been texting ever since asking if I have a new surgery date with no reply. But I am getting texts to pay over $800 for surgery I have no idea if I am having.

I really appreciate the provider Carlene Bunger. Her knowledge and patient care have been outstanding. Having the telehealth option is a bonus.

The whole process was super easy. I love the staff at Diana. I have never felt more cared for by medical professionals than I do with these ladies
