My visit with Christene was pleasant. She reviewed my file, asked pertinent questions and answered all questions that I had. She assured me that the office would request additional records from my PCP to better understand my concerns. It was a good virtual visit.

Cristina was very informative and explained the procedures clearly. She was knowledgeable about my concern. She listened and answered my questions.

Luz was wonderful! I had misunderstood directions from the previous appt about an early glucose test, and she was so helpful and understanding about explaining everything and making me feel comfortable.

It was so nice not to have to take half a day off work to go to an appointment. Christina was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful! She seemed to honestly care about addressing my concerns!

I have never done a virtual visit before. It was so convenient and easy.

Visit was great. The survey question process was a bit tedious and repetitive in the regard that I had already completed it, but to open the zoom I had to answer them again… this made me a few minutes late because I wasn’t expecting to have to do that again (wasn’t notified of that either).
