Cristina was very informative and explained the procedures clearly. She was knowledgeable about my concern. She listened and answered my questions.

Luz was wonderful! I had misunderstood directions from the previous appt about an early glucose test, and she was so helpful and understanding about explaining everything and making me feel comfortable.

I found it very convenient that my records from out of state were able to be found/requested without me having to look for them!

It was concerning that the midwife I spoke with was unaware you could have an anovulatory cycle. She was saying she’d have to look into that. It made me lose faith and trust in what she was saying because of course you can have a cycle without ovulating.

After I supplied my documentation that was requested by Christina I didn’t really get any feedback in regards to when or if I will get a call in regards to getting an appointment scheduled for hormone replacement therapy. It was just kind of left open ended and so I supplied my documentation I’m just assuming I’ll hear from someone if not, I guess I will call in a week if I don’t hear from somebody

It was so nice not to have to take half a day off work to go to an appointment. Christina was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful! She seemed to honestly care about addressing my concerns!

I have never done a virtual visit before. It was so convenient and easy.

This review is NOT for Dr. Hennessy but for one of the midwives named Cristina Stephenson. I’ve been experiencing hormonal issues and expressed my concerns and wanted to do some ruling out. She blew me off and didn’t even try searching the labs needed to rule out my concern by saying “I don’t know anything about that and don’t even know what to order. Maybe Dr. Hennessy will at your appt in June”. She was absolutely no help and showed no concern, nor any compassion and told me to try finding another doctor. I was and still am in shock.I then logged into plush app and saw a doctor within 20 min who searched what labs were needed and had them ordered.

I don’t know why I am receiving this survey today; I haven’t had a virtual appointment for a month and my next one is next week. The visit scheduled for 5/6 or 5/7 was rescheduled to next week.
