I thought the visit was awesome and Kirby was great! I felt very comfortable and was willing to do it again and go through the therapy part as well, as long as my insurance covered it. According to my insurance, they don't cover it because it's not sitting in an office it's totally virtual and I have to use their virtual services through my insurance. I asked Kirby at the beginning of our session to let me know how this was covered but she was unable to get that information during our session. I decided to go through with it under the assumption that it was either free or it was a copay. According to my insurance it is not covered, and I have no idea what I'm looking at as far as my portion of this visit, so I'm very upset now to learn that and when I called the office no one could tell me what that charge was since this is a new thing.

Someone should figure out what is going wrong with the online system.

Visit was great. The survey question process was a bit tedious and repetitive in the regard that I had already completed it, but to open the zoom I had to answer them again… this made me a few minutes late because I wasn’t expecting to have to do that again (wasn’t notified of that either).

My healthcare provider was late and spent minimal time with me, did not get to review all the questions/paperwork/labs that I wanted to.

Doctor was extremely condescending and rude. Talk to me like I was a child. Even though I’ve been taking my anxiety medicine for over 25 years, she just assumed I was an addict. It’s no wonder why people are dying on the streets because they have to seek out their meds. These people should not be able to play God. She should not assume everybody is a drug addict and looking for a quick fix because that is not my condition or my case. I will just continue end up in the hospital in the ER. And it’s people like that that is to blame. I have done everything to try to curve my anxiety, but having my anxiety meds is the safety blanket that I need. I’m 47 years old and I have worked through it. I have chronic anxiety and panic disorder. Anyway, just another doctor that plays God and doesn’t listen, or cares I can sleep at night, knowing that she did not help someone in need. yes, I’m gonna check the box about submitting to be shared with others, but I am doubtful that you will.
