Each visit has been great, short waiting times and friendly staff!

I was brought back into a room to change and wait for the doctor. My appointment was at 4 and I was called at four to head back into the room. I changed into the robe. And I sat in that room with no one Checking on me for 25 minutes. When the doctor finally did come, she did not ask me if I had any questions. Did not address Any of my concerns from my online form, and the doctor was out of there within four minutes.I have been having significant concerns and I had been looking forward to my appointment to discuss them but I felt like I was a checkbox that was rushed so everyone could go home.I had previously had been seeing Dr Stacy Ingle and she truly was a blessing who was so helpful and encouraging me to take better care of my body. I absolutely was insulted by the doctor I had seen on my latest visit.

You technology from making the appointment, checking in, and the virtual appointment went off with no problems.

Would love the option to speak to a real person in regards about personal questions about appointment. Otherwise the process was simple, easy, and clear to book and give basic info.

The provider I met with Charlene, did nothing but talk about my BMI. She also did not review my chart to know my labs are great and I am healthy. Women’s health is so much more than a bmi. She talked to me like I was the fattest woman in the world and I will never schedule with her again

Staff need to be more knowledgeable about perimenopausal health and options.

It seems a bit disorganized to me. I’m now having to have multiple appointments because orders haven’t been done correctly and there just doesn’t seem to be a good system in place.
