Your app is terrible. I can’t call the office. Some messages never get answered. I was told on 8 April that my 13 May preop appointment was canceled due to Dr Hennessey being out. It was rescheduled for 3 June which was after my surgery on 19 may. I’ve been texting ever since asking if I have a new surgery date with no reply. But I am getting texts to pay over $800 for surgery I have no idea if I am having.

I was brought back into a room to change and wait for the doctor. My appointment was at 4 and I was called at four to head back into the room. I changed into the robe. And I sat in that room with no one Checking on me for 25 minutes. When the doctor finally did come, she did not ask me if I had any questions. Did not address Any of my concerns from my online form, and the doctor was out of there within four minutes.I have been having significant concerns and I had been looking forward to my appointment to discuss them but I felt like I was a checkbox that was rushed so everyone could go home.I had previously had been seeing Dr Stacy Ingle and she truly was a blessing who was so helpful and encouraging me to take better care of my body. I absolutely was insulted by the doctor I had seen on my latest visit.

Would love the option to speak to a real person in regards about personal questions about appointment. Otherwise the process was simple, easy, and clear to book and give basic info.
