Please consider using real people and allowing patients to speak directly to their local office. Additionally, the app frequently crashes when trying to use the messaging service. So overall, communication is a huge barrier and I am ultimately going to seek care elsewhere largely due to this reason alone.

This was my first time at Diana Health. I told the nurse that I was very nervous about the procedure and that I have a low threshold for pain when it comes to this type of stuff. I felt she was very dismissive and almost judgey. I was in a lot of pain during the procedure and I felt she was not being compassionate at all. After the procedure, she was visibly frustrated with me which made me feel worse and I cried afterwards. There are signs all over the office about women supporting women, but I did not feel supported yesterday.

Called 3 times for a billing question and i had even left a voicemail, all i got was something was that someone will get back to me but that never happened. All 3 times. Just felt ignored and dismissed. Would strongly recommend you guys fix that

Recently I had an appointment about to see how far along I am. I was interested in terminating pregnancy and I’m aware that you guys don’t do those procedures there, but I wanted clarification on the Florida laws. I simply asked what are the photo laws and she immediately put her hands up and said we don’t do that here you have to go somewhere else. That really struck a nerve because I’m just asking about the laws and you can’t tell me. To be honest, I don’t know if I see myself coming back. I felt very uncomfortable.

I think less than 30 seconds was spent with the provider. But they surely will bill for more than that. Honestly, my time is valuable as well, and the co pay isn’t worth the 30 seconds.

Place looks good, but nobody knows what they’re doing, nobody really cares about your concerns or questions, everything is “normal” for them, really nasty.

The reception desk needs a little improvement. During my visit, the desk was unattended for quite some time. One employee could be heard having a conversation with someone just inside the hall around the corner to the left of the front desk. I noticed a patient at the front desk waiting for about 10 minutes. There was a line of about 6-7 patients waiting for check-in. I went around the corner to let them know there was a line.My intent is not to call out anyone however, I wanted to bring this to your attention. The desk has been unattended during several of my visits.

Loved the people BUT the internal ultrasound was unsuccessful and extremely painful. It caused great pain. Caused me to bleed a lot and now on Saturday, day 2, I Am still bleeding. Plus I am very raw and it burns to urinate. I have very heavy bleeding and some clotting. It is all very painful and unpleasant
