I wish the front desk staff were more knowledgeable about billing procedures and prices. I ask for prices and get told they don’t know. Then get hit with very large bill that I’m not expecting.

I had an amazing visit yesterday. I especially valued that the providers take their time to listen and do not seem to be rushed. My only trouble was with the US as I have had previous losses and they can be difficult. I messaged a few days before my appointment requesting the US tech to be made aware of my history and it seems the note provided did not make it to her. An honest error with the documentation system. I prefer to be given detailed instructions of the process and to be able to see the screen then entire time. It made me feel more anxious without those 2 things. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Charlene was great! This is the first time I’ve had conversations with a doctor on menopause and the side effects. She made what could be an uncomfortable conversation comfortable.

While the doctors, midwives, and nurses were excellent, my experience with the administrative and office staff was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.Throughout my care, the practice frequently changed doctors at each visit, which resulted in a lack of continuity and important information being overlooked. Dr. Reed had previously predicted that my baby was measuring large and that a C-section might be necessary. Because of this, I repeatedly requested that my baby’s weight be rechecked at subsequent appointments. However, after Dr. Reed was no longer available, my concerns were dismissed. I was repeatedly told the baby was measuring at a normal size, and no additional growth checks were done despite my requests.Ultimately, my baby was indeed large, which led to 36 hours of painful labor that ended in an emergency C-section—an outcome that I strongly believe could have been prevented with proper monitoring and attention to my concerns.Additionally, my induction was delayed due to constant back-and-forth, poor communication, and a lack of respect for my wishes and personal circumstances. These issues caused unnecessary stress during an already vulnerable time. I have documented multiple situations that reflect these ongoing problems.Because of these experiences, I ultimately chose to deliver my baby at another hospital. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience with this practice, primarily due to the administrative handling of my care and the repeated failure to listen to and respect my concerns.

The pa I saw was not professional. She made it clear with her body language and the way she spoke she didn’t respect my wishes not to be on birth control. Basically told me she would run test but if I was not willing to take birth control there was nothing she could do.

The provider was a bit demeaning about my weight, I am no longer interested in receiving my OB care here.

The online info was given to me when I got there. The info on this platform was clunky and duplicative. A good portion of the info did not save. The waiting room was very, very loud. Not sure why duplicative tests for A125 were ran and charged to my insurance. An individual called one day prior to my visit and said I may not be seeing the appropriate provider. I attempted to call back and my call was never returned. In all actuality? I should have seen the actual doctor,Not the best experience.
