The reception desk needs a little improvement. During my visit, the desk was unattended for quite some time. One employee could be heard having a conversation with someone just inside the hall around the corner to the left of the front desk. I noticed a patient at the front desk waiting for about 10 minutes. There was a line of about 6-7 patients waiting for check-in. I went around the corner to let them know there was a line.My intent is not to call out anyone however, I wanted to bring this to your attention. The desk has been unattended during several of my visits.

Loved the people BUT the internal ultrasound was unsuccessful and extremely painful. It caused great pain. Caused me to bleed a lot and now on Saturday, day 2, I Am still bleeding. Plus I am very raw and it burns to urinate. I have very heavy bleeding and some clotting. It is all very painful and unpleasant

My provider was amazing and very informative. She was kind and helpful

My video side didnt show, though I could see the provider, she could not see me. Other than that technical issue, I liked the provider. She seemed more informed than the one I saw face to face. I look forward to the next appt.

This place absolutely sucks.. They don’t actually care about your well being and they love to use scare tactics on you. Half of them don’t know what they’re talking about, which is insane for the fact that they are caring for PREGNANT women. They also have staff that is rude and when you ask to talk to the higher up about it she will also come in with an attitude. If you say you may be going to a different hospital to deliver they’ll treat you like absolute garbage and even may reach out threatening to drop you as a patient. They also waited until i was THIRTYSIX weeks to tell me only midwife’s deliver you in which majority of my issues i’ve had has been with midwives.. Anyways go anywhere but here for pregnancy related OB appointments!

I couldn’t hear my provider very well and had to connect my phone to a Bluetooth speaker

I wish the front desk staff were more knowledgeable about billing procedures and prices. I ask for prices and get told they don’t know. Then get hit with very large bill that I’m not expecting.

I had an amazing visit yesterday. I especially valued that the providers take their time to listen and do not seem to be rushed. My only trouble was with the US as I have had previous losses and they can be difficult. I messaged a few days before my appointment requesting the US tech to be made aware of my history and it seems the note provided did not make it to her. An honest error with the documentation system. I prefer to be given detailed instructions of the process and to be able to see the screen then entire time. It made me feel more anxious without those 2 things. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

Charlene was great! This is the first time I’ve had conversations with a doctor on menopause and the side effects. She made what could be an uncomfortable conversation comfortable.
