Just thank you for helping me and believing me when 3 male doctors did not

Lab results on the app could be improved. Using “N/A” instead of negative is misleading. Also, changing providers last minute should be communicated. My last appt was specifically made to see a doctor and it was switched without me knowing. I would have rescheduled if I’d been told prior to walking in exam room.

If you’re planning on becoming pregnant, Diana Health is a wonderful place to receive support every step of the way. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming, and Dr. H is truly a gem. That said, my recent experiences have involved miscommunication and interactions that left me feeling dismissed for advocating for myself regarding endometriosis. I would appreciate if certain staff, such as Nurse Bridgette, demonstrated more empathy and attentiveness toward patients with complex needs.I currently drive an hour to this office and initially felt it was worth it, but I have decided to seek a provider closer to home who can provide more personalized care for my situation. Despite expressing multiple times—through messages and calls—that I needed a consultation about a hysterectomy (as recommended by a PA), my appointment was incorrectly scheduled as a general discussion about endometriosis, following confusion around whether it would be virtual or in-office.While there are many positives at Diana Health, I feel it’s best for me to move on and find a provider better suited to my specific care needs.

All the staff is always very warm and friendly, I have alot of anxiety around the doctors office and they’ve always made me feel comfortable. I’d say the only thing I’m disappointed with is their website mentions being able to support all types of births with a variety of options for pain management although the hospital they’ve partnered with here in fortwalton unfortunately doesn’t support water births or even have nitrous oxide, so I’m assuming they’re still more of an old school hospital so they’ll likely also not have birthing bars or anything of that nature. Which sucks, I was really looking forward to using the labor pool, a tens unit and nitrous oxide at various points in my labor and my doctor has made it clear they don’t have pools, they don’t have nitrous oxide yet and they won’t let me use a tens unit because it affects their monitors but I also wanted to avoid being hooked up to a million machines so I can move freely. I’m considering looking into a birth center instead of continuing with Diana health because it sounds like the hospital I’d give birth at can’t in reality support all births.

All my concerns were addressed and was informed that there is only so much a virtual call could determine. Will be called for appointment

I think my overall experience at Diana Health has been ok. The front desk staff is welcoming. The nurses you first make contact with are also all very sweet and work diligently. Getting used to a new provider every week is different. But also I don’t believe providers read one another’s notes because I often found myself letting the weekly provider know what was covered my last appointment and what follow up care I was told was needed. Visits can also be extremely short. I drive over an hour to the clinic and my visits would at times be 5 minutes. I just wish more intentionality were put into my care. That would’ve made it a much better experience especially as a first time mom trying to navigate something that’s completely new to me.

I felt heard and taken serpent during my visit. Everyone I have spoke to had been friendly and knowledgeable.

You were amazing. I have already told three friends to start going to you. Your follow up was so quick and thorough. Your app is so easy to use. Christina Stevenson helped me more and communicated better in that intake interview than my former GYN did in all the time I met with him. (And I like my former GYN, he was funny and an amazing surgeon.)
