The doctor I had at my recent visit was very rude. I do not want to be seen by him ever again. I requested the breast pump through my insurance, and the doctor kept in telling me that I did not need the breast pump because I was too early in my pregnancy (26 week) and I stated to him that it’s not a matter of necessity it’s about getting my paperwork handled so I can have the breast pump ready when my baby gets here so they can ship it out as soon as possible and he still kept being rude telling me, I did not need it and that I wasn’t gonna get it I then asked to speak to a female doctor and he said there was no one available when he was checking for my son‘s heartbeat he also kept insisting that my son was a they and when I corrected him that there was only one child he still kept saying they which did not respect my pregnancy

The AI person on the billing side wasn't easy to work with and spoke too quickly and didn't let me finish explaining what I needed

The experience went well. I was just confused when a younger lady walked in behind me and she was taken in before me. The wait was long but overall service was well.

High stress environment doesn’t make pregnancy and delivery easy!Dr Gray was the calm in the end that makes me come back for my post care.Your midwife on the delivery side of the hospital created all mental and physical chaos ever since I walked into triage on 2/26/26. I was greeted by Norma and she instantly made me feel like having gestational. Diabetes was my fault and why did I take so long to know that I had gestational diabetes and plus why wasn’t it in system to show though results of the last three hour test? After she texted me because my water had ruptured she said that the baby is high and it may be a breach and we may have to do C-section and she’s going to order a ultrasound so since I walked in, it has been like trigger words happening and I did not feel you look nurtured or comforted in the fact that I was in the right place, though I went in thinking that I would be doing a vaginal delivery at triage how I wasn’t meant it instantly changed and then my blood pressure started to spike from there out once he came out of the room after she did the ultrasound. I just started crying and praying and then the ultrasound so that my son’s head was actually turned down. He was actually sitting high and that was part of the reason why in the latter part I had to get a c section his head wasDown but he wouldn’t get it wouldn’t come. Then we went to the room and once we were trying to get the machine set up to start checking babies’s heart rate and my contractions one of the machines weren’t working, and Norman kept saying what is your baby doing? What is your baby doing and then she started to panic she called all hands on deck to room one and she said get Dr. Gray and let’s start preparing for the second and I was so traumatized the nurse has told her that they needed to fix the plug and that everything was OK. She found the heartbeat and then just said false alarm and you know she did not know what what’s happening, and no one made her aware that the plugged weren’t working. I started crying there and then again and worry what else can will go bad. Then my blood pressure started to spike the whole time
