Dije mis síntomas me aprobó virtual, después en la cita virtual pregunto lo mismo y dijo tienes que venir, acaso no se hubiera dicho desde el día 1 y me hubiera evitado la espera? Cuál era la diferencia lo que dije el día 1 y en la virtual? Y lo entiendo perfectamente pero ni siquiera se tomó la molestia de ayudarme con algún medicamento de alivio para mi ardor por antihistamínicos por resequedad por posible Sjogren lo que sea, pero no hubo ayuda, ni sensibilidad

I waited almost an hour and a half after my appointment time, just for a consultation. What I was visiting for is very personal and emotional, and that just felt like a waste of time. Staff and Nurse practitioner were amazing, but overall experience was defeating and frustrating. I did all of that just to be told I can't get bloodwork done... (the entire reason I booked the appointment) and my copay originally said it was going to be $30, then it went to $60 and all off that just for a consultation that was unhelpful.

I loved my birthing experience but my post partum visit i waited over an hr past my apt time to be seen I also had another visit during my pregnancy that I did the same thing

My first vist was late in my pregnancy due to Medicaid and getting an appointment at the beginning of the month. First visit wasn't bad it was just a ultrasound. But every visit after that was a nightmare. The manager even messed up and did schedule my visits. The blood work took almost 2 months to get back. My last visit I waited in the lobby for over a hour to get birth control. They say it was because the person they scheduled me with didn't know how to insurt it in my arm. I had a scheduled induction they put me off even with me being in labor for 2 weeks. When I finally made it in I was 5 cm. There is more to add but I don't have the time. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dying dog. Horrible.

The front office was to small . There wasn't enough room for people to sit especially for pregnant women.

Long wait times .

I felt rushed in this appointment. I also felt that the provider was not caring in her demeanor. I was extremely excited for this appointment and was let down by a bad attitude. She didn't acknowledge my husband that was sitting right next to me.

I never received a call from my appointment. When I got there, I was told to fill out the paperwork on my phone. I filled it out 30 minutes later I walked up to the desk to see if the nurse or doctor was behind and was told. I had never completed my paperwork. So they never put my file out for me, to be called. I showed her on my phone that it said thank you. The other lady said it was completed. At that point I decided I was gonna leave because I was, it was already forty five minutes after my appointment.

My only personal con is the continuity of care. I prefer to see 1-2 providers.. but I was seen by 4+Heather was my absolute favorite and truly compassionate, I’m so blessed to be able to see her for my induction!
