I think that you are loosing business because of your staff bot willing to do a little work to look into other insurance. My plan pays on the same payment plan as blue cross. It is really ashame I have to leave this practice i have been coming here since Angela Martin started her practice. But patients like me don't matter.

I have already reached out and discussed the abysmal lack of care and combativeness and overall desire to listen to judge not to help by Kirby Busca, along with her trying to insist I take a medication I don’t need that is not safe for the first trimester. Everyone else has been wonderful, so I have only answered directly in relation to this single appointment.

Forgot the Beautiful young lady that came to the lobby and escort you Back....He appear to be very knowledgeable and well versed on a number of topics....Doctor Diana's assistant Ms. Tori was Excellent in making you feel comfortable and welcome and she too appeared to be well versed on a number of topics since I was probably the oldest patient she had that day and probably that week...I went to Diana gyn to feel the difference she advertise But I Don't know Or felt anything Different...I really wanted to feel the difference at age 70 this will probably be my last visit to see a GYN doctor...wanted to experience what would be different about her practice...Since that is her motto feel the Diana experience and she didn't even make it here business to introduce herself or even speak to me.....So I don't know what is the Diana Experience!!! Sorry!!!

Tori Cruikshank, my provider, was professional and kind. Answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Kayla ( I think that was the medical assistant ) was also very experienced and friendly. Front desk staff was efficient and also very friendly!! 10/10 experience

It could’ve been better. I recommend being honest with mom and family about prognosis and interventions.
