I called around 4pm and kept getting nurses for a billing issue. Got an AI on the phone who redirected me to a nurse. I was told to leave a voicemail for Billing and the phone just kept ringing. I had to call on 4 separate times and still talked to no one.

The front desk staff is absolutely amazing every time I have came in. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the medical staff. The medical assistant that took me back just did not seem like she cared to even be there it was a bit uncomfortable how standoffish and monotone she was. The provider is what really topped off the whole visit. Dr. Faceys bed side manners were TERRIBLE. I’m not sure if all of the medical staff was just having a bad day but it was terribly uncomfortable I was on the verge of tears once the provider left and so ready to leave. Dr.Facey nor her medical assistant even cracked a smile not even a grin, my entire visit. My partner and I tried giggling a little to lighten the mood it did not faze her she would just keep talking straight faced over our giggles. She did not wipe the gel off of me after using the gel for the doppler I had to clean myself off she did not readjust my seat so I was comfortable after nor did she offer to throw away my paper towel that I had used to clean myself. I had to get up to throw it away myself as she continued to talk standing right next to the trash unfazed. She made multiple snobby comments. She told me to check the portal for my blood work and then said for the gender testing I can check the portal if I want to know right away or have an envelope left at the front I made it very clear we did not want to know the gender. She said in a very snobby tone “so just don’t look at the portal then” but I was just told to look at the portal for my bloodwork results?? She never clarified and I didn’t care to even ask at that point. If you can’t crack a smile, be friendly, or even have basic bedside manners at our first meeting how do I expect you to be my support or feel supported by you when I give birth to my very first child? This is my first pregnancy and my first Obgyn appt and I was highly disappointed.

The person that answered was nice but I have had nothing but problems with things being rescheduled every appointment or every other appointment has had to be rescheduled (on Diana health’s end) and sometimes things have had to be rescheduled 2-3 times for the same appointment. I have received messages that I need to have things rescheduled to call or message back and when I have tried to call I get transferred to the office and sit on hold for 40 minutes then it hangs up the call two days this has happened. Then I message asking someone to call me and they do not call me they just message me so it takes more of my time more back and forth when all could be handled in one call and all this frustration because the scheduling seems to always be messed up on Diana health’s end.
