All of the teammates and professionals are very kind and respectful. The office seems to be disorganized and sometimes behind anytime that I brought up a concern. They have been quick to respond and correct it but there are often times that the team is unsure of what I’m visiting for and most recently been identified as the wrong patient The wait times could definitely be conflicting with personal schedules, especially when the frequency of the visits are increased in two times a week and the patient time is sensitive

The use of AI for your answering system rather than a regular robot answering system that doesn't use up enough water to supply a small town is a baffling choice, especially since it doesn't work. Also, the fact that you can't access the patient portal anywhere except the app, and the app doesn't even work, is absymal and I'm genuinely never coming back to this establishment.

Upon my arrival, signed in and checked in providing license and insurance. Waited 45 minutes while everyone before and AFTER my arrival was taken to patient rooms. Was finally noticed, still pacing in waiting room, and asked if I was still waiting!?! Check in nurse was abrupt and quite frankly not friendly. However, when finally seen by Ms. Hughes, she was utterly fantastic. She listened intently to my concerns and addressed all of them thoroughly and completely. Left appt. very aggravated with staff, but would return again only because of Ms. Hughes fabulous bedside manner and knowledge she shared during appt.!

My appointment was with Holly Shivley and she was absolutely brilliant!
