The ultrasound tech felt rushed. I advised her that I have vaginismus and she still seemed to put the probe in super fast, even after I told her that she would need to go slow with the insertion. Also, she worked the ultrasound so fast I didn’t feel like I had any time to process what I was seeing. She showed us the heartbeat but we didn’t get to hear it. She didn’t ask if we had any questions. If given the opportunity, I would’ve preferred a different ultrasound tech. Mind you this was our first ultrasound, so the experience was not enjoyable.

I am unsure how I felt about my experience. I was told by the nurse that even though I want a doctor to deliver my baby only that a midwife may do it which is worrying. I am considering changing provider as clearly my preferences don't matter.

I am extremely disappointed with the way your office handled my appointment. It was canceled less than 45 minutes before the scheduled time, after I had already taken an entire day off work to attend because it was important to my care.When I called your office for an explanation, I was met with complete indifference and not even the courtesy of an apology. That level of disregard for a patient’s time is unacceptable.What makes this even more frustrating is that in the two weeks leading up to this appointment, I received repeated reminders of your strict cancellation policy and the $100 fee patients face if they cancel within 48 hours. It is troubling that patients are expected to strictly honor these policies, yet your office appears to feel no obligation to extend the same respect in return.Canceling with virtually no notice after a patient has rearranged their schedule and taken time off work demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and respect for patient care.I will not be rescheduling and will not be recommending your practice to others
