i do really like the team and GOING to my appointments but almost all of my appointments i’ve had have been either rescheduled or if i ask a question about my upcoming appt via chat, it’s always different that what actually happens at my appt. for example, i was asked to change my appointment (again) to make it virtual. i asked well will i have a doppler at my upcoming visit? she said no. and i of course did. the next was my 12 week scan and i was told i wouldnt be getting a scan from 7 weeks until my 20 week appt. i was then contacted by a different nurse on chat saying i WOULD be getting one. chats don’t feel accurate and it’s so annoying to always be asked if i can change my appointments

I arrived for my appointment and checked in and waited for an hour watching people come in after me get called in. I asked the receptionist what was the wait and she said that my appointment was at 1:45 instead of 2 and my provider was also not in clinic that day. I asked why nobody told me or even said anything to me in the last hour she just said she didn’t know. Then I’m told I can be scheduled for an appointment at 3:30 pm with a different provider after I been there since 2 with nobody speaking to me. I didn’t leave the office until 4:40 and was not able to pick up my son. Thank god my mother was in the area and could get him. Terrible experience.

Was my last app when asked to come in because of pain I got denied so I went to the hospital. This place always has me waiting forever. And does notAccommodate at all

Tanya has provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy. She is attentive, thorough, and consistently ensures that all of my concerns are addressed. Her calm and reassuring demeanor has made a significant difference in my overall experience. I truly appreciate the time and effort she puts into patient care. She is an incredible asset to this office.

Scheduling error on my appt. On my last appt I was told to check with the front desk to make sure my appt on 2/17 was scheduled to fit the timeline. The front desk said it was. I also reached out prior to possibly reschedule but was told next appt wasn’t for a while, so I left as is. I just feel like the scheduling error should’ve been caught on one of those two scenarios.
