My actual visit when great. What didn’t go so great is that I didn’t receive my link 10 minutes before like I read I was supposed to. Then I waited 10 minutes (had to call the office a couple of times to get help). It would have been nice to know that sometimes the appointment would start late due to other appointments running behind. I definitely prefer in-office visits but since I had to reschedule my original in-office appointment (would be out of town that day) and the only in-office appointments were too far out (a week or two before my next month appointment). Other than the operational hiccups, I was appreciative of the people I was able to speak with, they were very nice & helpful.
