with my first pregnancy, we went to Advanced Womenโs Health in Deltona and it was the worst experience. after one appointment with Diana Health, i feel confident and cared for. the staff is amazing. the atmosphere is calming and inviting. i love it and am excited to continue going there!!

The lovely woman who handled my call was friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue. Making appointments/dealing with medical is always stressful for me but my interactions with the staff at Diana Health have always been wonderful.

I never had an issue with Diana Health except for one doctor who wouldn't listen to me. They ask questions so fast that was hard to understand and react quickly to keep up and one I didn't catch and answered it wrong, but when I understood it later and tried to explain it was a miss understanding, she would not help me and say it is too late. I been waiting patiently after having baby to finally get to regular life and this lady really ruined it for me. It makes me so sad this whole 2 weeks I have to wait now when I already been waiting for a month and a half. Next appointment I am definitely not gonna have Shannon Hughes anymore. She is only one that ruined Diana Health for me. Next time, I am gonna have and only request Tanya Vaughn Deneen. She always had listened to me and make me feel better unlike other lady that made me hate myself for no reason when I did nothing wrong, was just a misunderstanding. Maybe only the doctors should ask the questions for now on and not that one that check blood pressures because then would be easier to fully explain to the doctor it's self.

I am thankful for the courteous and kind individuals in billing and for my experience with the staff at my appointment. The billing mishaps are long to get resolved and having to constantly remember to keep following up is a major negative
