I was there for two hours and was told I was gonna get an ultrasound and never got one due to scheduling issues I had to go somewhere else and I didn’t get to speak to my doctor until over an hour after my appointment time. I was charged $158 and I feel like they didn’t even do anything while I was very scared about spotting during pregnancy.

On hold multiple times for longer than 30 minutes. Could not speak to a person and when the call answered I was hung up on. Did not resolve my problems

The ultrasound tech felt rushed. I advised her that I have vaginismus and she still seemed to put the probe in super fast, even after I told her that she would need to go slow with the insertion. Also, she worked the ultrasound so fast I didn’t feel like I had any time to process what I was seeing. She showed us the heartbeat but we didn’t get to hear it. She didn’t ask if we had any questions. If given the opportunity, I would’ve preferred a different ultrasound tech. Mind you this was our first ultrasound, so the experience was not enjoyable.

I am unsure how I felt about my experience. I was told by the nurse that even though I want a doctor to deliver my baby only that a midwife may do it which is worrying. I am considering changing provider as clearly my preferences don't matter.
