Scheduling error on my appt. On my last appt I was told to check with the front desk to make sure my appt on 2/17 was scheduled to fit the timeline. The front desk said it was. I also reached out prior to possibly reschedule but was told next appt wasn’t for a while, so I left as is. I just feel like the scheduling error should’ve been caught on one of those two scenarios.

I absolutely love being seen at Diana Health, I have never felt more welcomed and cared about at a doctors office. They take the time to really understand and conversate with you.

All of the teammates and professionals are very kind and respectful. The office seems to be disorganized and sometimes behind anytime that I brought up a concern. They have been quick to respond and correct it but there are often times that the team is unsure of what I’m visiting for and most recently been identified as the wrong patientThe wait times could definitely be conflicting with personal schedules, especially when the frequency of the visits are increased in two times a week and the patient time is sensitive

Dear Administration Team,I am writing to formally document my experience with my scheduled appointment on 12/30/25 at 2:30 PM with Dr. Natalia Shringrapure.I arrived on time, was registered, and remained in the waiting area for approximately 45 minutes. During that time, no one informed me that Dr. Shringrapure was not in the office. I did not receive a phone call, text message, or any prior communication to notify me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. After waiting roughly 40 minutes, I finally approached an office staffwas informed that Dr. Shringrapure was unavailable and asked whether I wanted to continue waiting longer to potentially be seen by a nurse practitioner, Teresa. At that point, the scheduled visit had not occurred. While I understand that medical offices can be busy and that unexpected issues arise, the lack of communication and extended wait time without any update is unacceptable. A basic courtesy notification would have prevented this situation entirely. Please be advised that I will be contacting my insurance company to ensure that no charges are processed for a visit that did not occur.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve communication and patient experience going forward.Sincerely,Julie Rojas

Long time waiting for the doctor, they need more people working as team , not just one doctor for all of us .

The use of AI for your answering system rather than a regular robot answering system that doesn't use up enough water to supply a small town is a baffling choice, especially since it doesn't work. Also, the fact that you can't access the patient portal anywhere except the app, and the app doesn't even work, is absymal and I'm genuinely never coming back to this establishment.
